Only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person. Nice to rent ebike for a tour.

Incantevoli gli affacci delle sue finestre sul lago e sui caratteristici tetti e vicoli del centro storico. L'appartamento elegantemente ristrutturato con legni di pregio si compone di zona living con camino (non utilizzabile), angolo cottura (piano induzione, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, microonde, macchina caffe), zona notte e bagno con doccia.

Nella prossimità immediata si può trovare tanti ristoranti, bar e negozi
