The apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, well-equipped and located in a pleasant neighbourhood. It is within walking distance of all the main Paris tourist attractions. The host is very attentive and available for any questions you may have. We will choose this apartment again if we come back to Paris.

Se for a Patis é um otimo local para ficar. O apartamento é muito bem equipado e muito bem localizado. o anfitrião foi gentil, me recebendo no início e no fim da estadia. Inclusive me ajudou a pedir o Uber para ir embora, pois a minha Internet parou de funcionar (não contrate o serviço de Internet da Vivo Travel)

Perfect location for any foray around the city or just a walk around the neighbors and for all needed amenities ( very close metro, stores, coffee,etc.). A very quiet building and a very spacious apartment inside. Main bathroom shower is extraordinary. The host is courteous, welcoming and very responsive. The apartment is delightful and is perfect for a first time visitor to parts as well as an experienced one. I would definitely stay again.

Benoit is a great host. He is very responsive to our request and questions. He will respond within 5 min. Additional supplies were delivered in couple of hours. Very efficient. Instructions to get to the place and check-in is fantastic. Saved us the trouble to look around for the building. The apartment looks exactly like the photos published. Bedrooms are roomy and lots of storage available. Living and dining rooms spaces are reasonable. Overall is a great place for value. I am highly recommend this place if you don't mind to spend 30 minutes to go into Paris center.

A must stay location, eclectic decor with wonderful Alexa technology for lighting. Very warm and inviting. Perfect location, attentive and accommodating host. We would definitely book again. If you come, bring sheets and pillowcases. Only bottom sheet provided. Otherwise pillow shams and duvet covers only. Five stars all the way.

Très très belle surprise, aussi bien sur l’emplacement que sur l’appartement qui était très spacieux, puis très calme. Les descriptions sont conformes, sauf pour le chauffage. Ne vous inquiétez pas, il fait très bon et il y a des chauffages. C’était propre et confortable. J’étais aussi contente pour la sécurité du véhicule qu’on peut garer à l’intérieur. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte je recommande sans hésiter 👌☺️

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

very comfortable place tasteful and practical decorated , easy access and quite nights everything is very comfortable really - only if you a real coffee lover there is only a Nespresso machine which in my opinion is wasteful coffee with additives but there where no capsules available which is good :) I hope this small negative is constructive comment for better coffee and a cleaner planet in the future - I´m surprised you see this coffee all over Paris as I thought French have a passion for good food and quality ingredients. All over I recommend this place and Ana is very helpfull with check in and out.

Appartement conforme à la description, très propre et bien équipé. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus pour un moment de détente ! L’hôte a été très réactif et agréable dans nos échanges, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Je recommande vivement !

I had a great stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was lovely and very close to the city center — super convenient. Ray was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. He gave me great local recommendations for small shops and restaurants nearby, and the food I tried was absolutely delicious! On the day of my early morning flight, he even came to pick me up and drove me to the airport — it only took about 10 minutes. I really appreciated his kindness and punctuality. Highly recommended!

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.

great apartment, exactly like pictured. very nice balcony, bedroom, kitchen, living room etc. has all the things you might need for cooking, etc. very clean, bed was very comfortable. geraldine was very responsive, let me check in early, etc. the only negatives would be, make sure to get the wifi info beforehand, the outer gate is tricky lol its on the left side, and after putting in the code it makes no noise haha. also the street can be a little loud in the morning, but there are earplugs (and eye masks) available :). lastly, beware that the bathroom, very nice, has a tub with a hand sprayer, but no actual shower, very european. just so you know. but overall, great place!

The wellness facilities were excellent, and everything was impeccably clean. The small kitchen, complete with an oven, was perfect for preparing a light meal or snack. The garden is absolutely beautiful — a peaceful space where you can truly relax outdoors. Having a private parking spot was a big bonus for us as well. One of the highlights was the spectacular home cinema. We really enjoyed watching a movie in that amazing setup! Our host was fantastic — very kind and accommodating. Since there was no booking after us, they even offered us a later checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique stay just outside of Paris!

We really loved our time here. It was very peaceful and private. We found it helpful to have a secure place to park and it was still easy for us to access Paris and Disneyland. It was especially nice to come home at the end of a busy day and relax in the spa! Hope we can visit again soon!

Maison très chaleureuse et agréable pour un séjour en famille. Les lits sont très confortables. La maison est décorée et agencée avec goût. Le SPA a été un vrai plus pour compléter la détente. Sophie a été très accueillante et disponible. L'environnement est calme, apaisant et plein de caractère. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Kenneth dont la description correspondait point par point. Kenneth a, de plus, été très flexible sur nos arrivée et départ, je l’en remercie à nouveau. De gentilles attentions sucrées ont ravi les petites mais aussi les grands ☺️ Tout est bien pensé s’y sentir comme chez soi! Bref, nous renouvèlerons l expérience lors d un prochain Grand Prix Jeunes de golf dans le secteur ⛳️👌🏼

Ciney et Nicolas ont pensé à tout pour que nous puissions passer un agréable moment. La maison est très cocooning, propre et accueillante dans les moindre détails. Merci à vous pour votre accueil et pour le bien être procuré.

Nous avons passé un séjour de Noël en famille vraiment très agréable dans la ferme Champenoise ! Le salon au coin du feu, la grande tablée de réveillon autour du poêle(la cuisine ouverte dans son prolongement), le baby foot, le billard, le sauna, les jeux de société, les grandes balades dans la campagne alentour, il y avait de quoi réjouir toutes les générations ! L’accueil de Jean-Yves (et de Caroline!) a été parfait ! Pour l’été, la maison est dotée en plus d’un grand jardin. À seulement une trentaine de kilomètres de Provins; idéal pour une escapade ! Je recommande vivement !

We had a lovely time at the beautiful house of Gilles and Ludivine. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beds slept great, everything we needed was there and the house felt super homely. We enjoyed the pool every day, Gilles took perfect care of it and we loved all the extra inflatables that came with the house. Gilles and Ludivine are great hosts and we will definitely come back again!
