Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
