Our terrace is equipped with couches, armchairs and tables. It is open in every season, from the afternoon until late in the evening and it's the ideal place to relax after a day of work or excursions in the city. Breakfast is included in the price and served by us in the breakfast room from 8am to 10am. We offer you a rich continental breakfast with quality products tipical of italian cuisine.

The wonderful location of this apartment will allow you to wake up in a magical area of Rome. You will then be within walking distance of the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain. No elevator, no television, no kitchen. Note on reason of Corona /Covid-19: our Bed&Breakfast has the same characteristics of a hotel accommodation. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

Each our room has a comfortable private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a safe box. Are available to guests in the common area, the coffee machine, the kettle for tea or herbal teas, with a wide choice of different essences, the free minibar with drinks and fruit juices available, sparkling water or natural purified and a basket with seasonal fruit. From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

Ha un letto a due piazze (160x200 cm), una consolle con specchio e poltroncina, una panca, un piccolo tavolino rotondo, armadio a vista e TV. Il bagno è ben attrezzato, il rivestimento della doccia e delle pareti è in resina per maggior igiene.
