This comfortable and well-appointed apartment is the entire 1st floor/separate unit of our 2-family home and the courtyard. We provide everything guests need to feel at home. We’re located a mile/5-minute drive from downtown in Mt. Adams, a unique hilltop neighborhood. Leave your car parked in the on-street spot reserved for guests and take a short walk to Eden Park, the Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park, the Krohn Conservatory, and the neighborhood coffee shop, restaurants, bars, and salons.

The apartment is very close to downtown Cincinnati (15-20 minute walk, minimum Lyft or Uber fare.) You can also walk to Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory in 7-8 minutes. We recently replaced nearly all the flooring, painted and re-decorated. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the privacy of the apartment. The whole third floor of the house is yours! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
