We could not be more excited to share our little slice of heaven with Y’all! The lodge is located in Hackberry,LA just off the ship channel. Whether you are here to kick back and relax or try any of the outdoor activities only southwest Louisiana can offer this lodge is convenient to everything the area has to offer and has beautiful waterfront views of the ship canal. The lodge consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. We do offer dock and boat slip access for an extra fee.

Whether you are visiting Orange for work or play, the Bayou Bungalow is the perfect place to stay! This brand new cabin has 1 bedroom with a queen size Casper bed, plus a full size sofa bed in the living room. You'll find a huge walk in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances as well as pots, dishes, coffee maker, etc. all the comforts of home! It even has a washer and dryer! New mini splits and tankless water heater keep you comfy during your visit.

Our home is very comfortable and well stocked with plenty of room for relaxation. *we have a nice semi formal restaurant called “The Lighthouse “ with a market store next door (15 min ) * we do have a gas powered golf cart for our personal use on site that we also rent to interested guests for 300$ for the weekend or 150$ per day .rr

The grocery store is Browns and it’s 20 miles to Hackberry or 45 min back to Port Arthur for a Walmart or H-E-B 🚗So come prepared because once you arrive you will not want to leave.....the area is very remote 😊

The property is designed and furnished for 2 guests (max). For the health/comfort of all guests, especially those with allergies, we have a strict NO-PETS POLICY, including emotional support animals (ESA). Need more space? Our second home, El Padre's Oceanfront, is located only 2 houses down, and available for booking.

This cozy home will provide you with a comfortable, relaxed space to stay in while you travel. It's 10 minutes away from the casinos by car and a great location if you're going hunting. The spacious backyard is perfect for barbecues and relaxing with family. We have free wi-fi and Roku devices on all the TVs so that you may stream your favorite movies. There is also a full kitchen and amenities for cooking. Coffee and tea are offered as a complimentary welcome to our home.
