This place was amazing! Such a great location to be able to walk to both the beach and to restaurants near by. We even got a chance to be able to walk to the mini golf and go karts location. We were very excited to stay here, and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the great stay!

Great place to stay with a group of friends. Close to beach! Backyard pool, trees and flowers were so peaceful!

Great place, as described. Ample space for various families at once. Close enough to South Padre but away from the hustle and bustle. Loved the amount of rooms and bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean

We had a great time staying here! The pool was the perfect size, we spent most of our time around the pool, plenty of seating, and comfortable lounge chairs. The house is in the perfect location, when you walk out the front door the bay is to your right and the ocean is to your left. We walked everywhere or took the free trolley that goes all around the island. Definitely recommend this house for a great stay on S.P.I.!

My husband and I reserved this Airbnb to visit my family for a few days. The check-in process was extremely simple, the location was great, and the home was cozy! We were traveling with our pets, so access to a secure yard was essential. The entire unit is fenced in so it makes it very private. It was very spacious and clean! We enjoyed our stay and we look forward to booking again the next time we visit!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Eduardo's condo. Everything was perfect. I stayed there a couple years ago also, and will definitely return. Besides the condo being really nice, Eduardo is exceptional with his communication.

Overall an amazing spot to stay and enjoy your days at SPI ! All items were included such as pots, pans, shampoo, body wash, etc. Environment was calm and peaceful, and pool was clean to get in. 5 minutes away from all your favorite restaurant’s!

The unit is super clean. It is modern but cozy. We had a very relaxing weekend. It was nice to have a TV in every room. The pool was just steps away from the back porch. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay - restaurants, groceries, the beach are all within a 10 minute walk! The grounds are nestled with sand castles and flowers, lots of trinkets to discover! The home was very welcoming to our dog, with bowls and beds already set up - leashes on the coat tree! Many beach items to use, from wagons to toys to boogie boards to fishing poles. This really felt like coming home to a family home and stepping in to all it had to offer. Lucinda has thought of very last detail that one might need while staying here. I would very much recommend this home, and look forward to coming back again soon!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The host's communication was top-notch—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout. The location couldn't have been more perfect. It was we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The space was spotless and really well-maintained. Overall, it was a smooth and memorable trip. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We've stayed here several times. It is exactly what we need for our family. We enjoy the beach which is an easy walk from the condo.

We had a great stay at Betty’s place! It was perfect for my husband and I to have a get away. The view is amazing and the beach wasn’t super crowded as other parts of the beach were. The pool is small which was fine with us! The only con would be that it is an older building, but it didn’t bother us at all! Thanks Betty for a great stay!

Laura’s condo was amazing! We stayed at Gulf View 1 Room 412.. She even had a beach cart we could use and beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The pool view was very nice. The photos on Airbnb do not do her condo justice. The condo had a lovely ISLAND aesthetic. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Laura!

Departamento muy bien ubicado cruzas la calle y ya estás en la playa, muy bonito y muy limpio, cuando regresamos a la Isla del Padre seguramente rentaremos este mismo departamento

This was a fantastic little condo for a quiet spring break. We loved the location as it was a short walk to the beach. And a short walk to the main strip. Would highly recommend for a little family get away/vacation.

Location was good. Rooms and beds were clean and nice. Pool was ok.
