Debbie was responsive, friendly and very accommodating. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was as advertised and our expectations were met or exceeded. We would definitely stay here again.

If your looking for a peaceful getaway right on the beach, this is your spot! Troy was quick with responding to any questions I had, and was always friendly. All amenities that were listed on the booking page were accurate. The house was spotless when we arrived for check-in. I can’t wait to book our next trip here again!

Six lifelong friends used this lovely home for a reunion, locally. It suited our needs perfectly. Having a downstairs bedroom and a full bath was helpful for one of us with mobility issues. House was clean and roomy. Host was communicative and responsive. Could not ask for much more. Would return!

My family and I recently stayed at the Villa to celebrate my birthday. The 4hr plus drive was definitely worth it!!! Can’t get over that amazing 🤩 view and so fortunate to have experienced this beautiful landscape for my birthday. My husband and I loved relaxing in the hot tub during the evening. We appreciated how clean the hot tub was as well. Kerry, the private chef, cooked a delicious meal and you should definitely consider booking her during your stay. Just a FYI which I think is important to mention…….to access the Villa from the parking lot is about 80 steps. We had a wonderful time! Thank you Scott & Ina 😊

We had a great stay on the lake. The property is perfect for a family, group or couple. The water access is amazing. The outdoor grill and flat top stove allowed us to have dinners outside with phenomenal views. The communication with the owners was awesome. We brought our kids and had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless when we arrived and was easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, which made settling in with our young kids incredibly easy! The house was very well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout and everything we needed was right where you’d expect it to be. From the kitchen and bathroom supplies to the comfortable furnishings, it was clear the hosts put real effort into making the space both functional and welcoming! The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk from great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions, but the street itself was super quiet and peaceful. It was wonderful waking up to views of the lake! We will absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to any family looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing place to enjoy Sylvan Beach! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

Such a great atmosphere; we loved having more space to host our family. The view of the lake was beautiful, and even though it was rainy during our trip, the inside had plenty to offer. The space was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe and inviting. Vincent is a great host and answered any questions we had with quick responses. Our kids really loved it and are already asking when we can go back!

We had such a great girls weekend at Tanya’s place in Sylvan Beach! The house was just as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. The location was ideal, with plenty of great dining options nearby and everything was just a quick drive or walk down the beach away. Check-in was super easy and stress-free. Tanya was a great host, and we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
