With hardwood floors throughout, the welcoming entrance flows into an open floor plan with a cozy living area and fully functional kitchen, and the central hallway leads to a modern bathroom between two private bedrooms. The laundry room located behind the kitchen leads to a great back patio, a large back yard, and a paved driveway, all surrounded by a privacy fence in a convenient location.

Our cottage is perfect for a couples get away or someone coming in for business. We are located within a few blocks of many eateries including Post Master Grill, Wood's Place famous for their catfish. Also for the ones who like a night cap, Camden offers The Native Dog Brewing and White House Cafe the oldest existing restaurant in Camden.

1970's Full upstairs 3 bed/1 bath ranch house on working farm (see pics) - Fully equipped kitchen/bath. Basement occupied by elderly man with all separate facilities. Basement can be locked from upstairs by pushing in the door knob. Laundry is in basement. The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

Cottage on Elm

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.
