Absolutely perfect place for a large family. A beautiful condo. A 20 minute drive to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the noise. Located behind a WaWa and near a busy intersection that had numerous EMS, police, and firetrucks day and night, it was always noisy. However, I would absolutely stay in this beautiful condo again. At the end of a fun day we were all tired and slept well. Shower heads amazing. Having two bathrooms was a must. Two people could shower at once and the water pressure was perfect. Loved the stocked shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. The kitchen had all the necessities needed if you forgot something at home. Towels were soft. Beds comfortable. Grateful we found this great place to stay. Thank you

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Home was perfect for a long weekend with kids. We loved the play room and the backyard. Home is in close proximity to Delaware and Maryland beaches. Everything was clean when we arrived. Hot water wasn’t working our first night, but it was a quick fix after finding the water heater and changing it from vacation mode to normal.

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful house and beautiful view. Outdoor jacuzzi with the view is not to be missed! Gorgeous and clean home. The private site made it an amazing getaway from busy life. Thank you, we will be back soon!!!

We travel with service dogs & it is rare to find a place to allows dogs and is so well cared for. Samantha also decorated for Christmas, which is why we were there … to visit with family for the holidays. What a thoughtful host. Even the way the home is set up was done with ‘guests’ in mind. We look forward to staying there again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! We were struck by the pristine kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and other shared spaces. A clean home goes a long way to making us feel comfortable which is a top priority. Grazyna’s home hit that ball out the park! Coming back to her home after a full day of OC activities was something we looked forward to. The neighborhood is peaceful but close enough to OC action that we could be there in just a matter of minutes. The pictures and description are spot on and Grazyna was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Grazyna’s home for an OC stay and look forward to staying there again.

Such a cool place to visit if you’re in the area. It was walkable to the beach and a small wharf with great food and ice cream. Tara’s place is fully stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was only 10 minutes from the Delaware Sports Complex which was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again.
