Historic relaxing clean home for 1- 2 adults

My relaxing "home away" guest room accommodates 1-2 adults for 2 days to 2 months. My house is sanitized and clean. I am fully vaccinated and boosted and ask guests to be vaccinated also. My home has AC, lovely gardens and is a quiet relaxing environment. The guest room has a luxurious pillow top queen bed that ensures a good night’s sleep! I am allergic to smoke- so smoking on the premises is not allowed. No pets or kids under age 14. Masks can be worn in the house.

The room has a double bed and is on the third floor, cozy and quiet, among the tree tops. At night you have the stars, and by day the room is light and sunny. The room has wide, old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb.

Our home is a rather unique and very updated 100+ year old Victorian in a historic neighborhood in Medford. There is convenient access to Boston either by car or by public transportation. We hope you'll enjoy the comfy queen sleigh bed, large open dresser, and loads of other amenities our home provides. While we do offer various teas and coffee to our guests, we don’t offer breakfast or food items generally. But you may use the kitchen if you so choose!

Perfect for cozy stays away from it all, our comfortable cabin has its own private entrance, skylight, wood-burning fireplace stove, pure well water, and a private bathroom with shower room (which is also a stream room) all just a short walk from the Sudbury river, conversation land with nature trails, history, and outdoor sports. No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.
