The room has a double bed and is on the third floor, cozy and quiet, among the tree tops. At night you have the stars, and by day the room is light and sunny. The room has old pine board flooring, a sky light with a room-darkening shade, mini-split, closet, dresser, large desk with office supplies, yoga mat, full length mirror, and a fan. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other third floor bedroom which is also rented through Airbnb. Off street parking is available for $10/night.

The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. All original architectural details have been preserved with Victorian charm. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. This is a private bedroom in my fully furnished historic home. I keep it super clean. One full bathroom shared with host and one other guest. Within a 5 min. walk to the Stony Brook Train, on the orange line. Lots of charm, on a safe quiet street, comfy bed, wood floors, 100% cotton bedding, super clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and parks. There is on street parking. Currently we have one cat in the house.
