Ein sehr schönes modernes Haus mit schönem Pool, die Kinder waren begeistert. Wir hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Es ist nicht das typische Touristenviertel aber wer es ein wenig ruhiger mag, kommt dort voll und ganz auf seine Kosten. Also top.

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

Linda moradia cheia de personalidade com espaço interior e exterior incrível, até parece melhor na realidade do que nas fotos. Os arredores e as vistas são excelentes. A moradia também oferece privacidade. Divertimo-nos imenso e então com a piscina linda "infinita" com uma vista maravilhosa... O centro de Balestrate fica a cerca de 5 minutos de carro e há muitos restaurantes e bares, se quiser comer fora. O espaço exterior da moradia é definitivamente ótimo para ficar em casa. Adorámos tudo! Obrigado uma vez mais!!

Wonderful house! The villa was very spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities you could wish for. The views from every window into the garden and nature are beautiful. Communication with the host as well as all the recommendations for the area were great. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Villa Nàmali was a wonderful and clean place to spend the week. We just wish we had longer than a week! You can eat dinner with sea views, walk to the beach and a pizza place, and explore the region from this lovely home. The focus of this home is being outdoors with the larger kitchen outside and terrace. We traveled with children and this meant that they were playing outside almost the entire day (when we weren't sight seeing). Despite focusing on outdoors, the beds were very comfortable and the inside was very clean. The inside was so clean in fact, that I didn't even get dusty when fishing a dropped deck of cards out from under a bed. Marco was super accommodating and flexible with our check in, even on Easter Sunday. This seems to be one of the rare Airbnb places that is or was used by the host at one point and not just quickly slapped together for the tourism industry.

Schöner Ort, um bei einem Roadtrip durch Sizilien ein paar Tage direkt am Meer zu entspannen. Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Interieur sauber und schön, da alles noch ziemlich neu ist. Empfehlenswert ist ein eher kleineres Auto da die Garageneinfahrt sehr eng ist. Unser Mietauto war ein Ford Focus wir kamen knapp rein;) Leider ist kurz vor unserer Ankunft der vordere Teil des Garten, der unmittelbar am Meer liegt, leicht abgesackt. Es wurde ein kleiner Gartenzaun errichtet,damit man nicht in Gefahr gerät. Bei starkem Regenfall, was wir erlebten, regnet es auf der linken Seite des Hauses stark rein. Also bei schönem Wetter ist das Haus und die Umgebung sicher traumhaft schön, da man das Meer in türkisfarbenen Schimmer direkt vor der Nase geniessen kann.

The house is very comfortable and functional. Giovanni is hospitable and helpful. All the information is as described. Nice, fenced garden, good places for a dog. This was the best house we rented during our travels. The beach is close, a bit rocky, but you can walk a long way. Nearby Campofelice is a lovely village, from the terrace of the local restaurant there is a beautiful view of the sea and the tower. Easy to reach by train to Palermo and the airport. However, it is good to have a car, for convenience of shopping and local trips.

Marco's place is outstanding. We arrived and got the keys with ease (Daniele greeted us and was fantastic, showed us around and gave us tips) Marco's communication was great. The Villa exceeded our expectations (Family of 4, kids 13 and 11). There was so much space, everything you needed (Marco stocked up the fridge for us, thank you). Bedrooms are nice and roomy, plenty of sleeping g options. The outdoor space is to die for, from eating outside, to the patio outside the bedrooms upstairs, and then the masterpiece which is the swimming pool. It is quiet, and even in Mid April, it's a sun trap up there. An amazing stay, one which we are already planning to come back to. Thank you, Marco! A couple of pointers: • Driveway is steep, but you'll be fine after 1st time •If going to Cefalù and sat nav says turn right out of the Villa, don't! It'll take you down the smallest road and take an extra 15 mins • If parking in cefalu park at Parcheggio central park Cefalù (always space, and lovely!)

Beautiful and quiet location with a spectacular view. It was about a 30-40 minute walk to Cefalu centre, which was manageable and quite beautiful. It was definitely nice being in a quieter neighbourhood instead!

Stiamo stati veramente bene a casa Vostra. La villa è veramente confortevole, comoda, spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Adatta a tutte le persone che desiderano trascorrere una vera vacanza all’insegna del relax e del silenzio assoluto. Un bagno per ogni piano consente di essere autonomi e sbrigativi nei ritmi estivi. I proprietari sono stati molto attenti e presenti in tutto, pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, per quel poco che abbiamo richiesto. La piscina meravigliosa, a sfioro vista mare, di nuovissima costruzione. L’invenzione della panca dentro l’acqua ti permette di rilassarti ed ammirare l’infinità bellezza del mare. Eccezionale, fatta veramente bene, con gusto. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché finito il nostro soggiorno Paolo ci ha resi partecipi di un nuovo progetto per la casa. Stava per creare un nuovo angolo per i bambini ed una zona home fitness, con tapirulan, ciclette e attrezzi per fare yoga. Lo consigliamo!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Paolo! Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und er war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir seine Hilfe brauchten. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

My family and friends had a simply wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We chose it because it was a little further off the beaten path and more “authentic old Italian villa” feeling than other places in Sicily. And it delivered exactly the experience we were looking for and more. The villa itself was spacious and yet adorable. Huge old and beautiful windows and doors to bring the outside in. Had everything we needed. The views and outdoor space around the villa were also so lovely and enjoyable. Beautiful little olive orchard. Terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces galore. The game room and pool were awesome for our kids. The pool is unheated, but warm enough to use mid April. But the best part about this villa was the experiences Rosario coordinated for us. We had 2 nights where a chef came over to cook us dinner. The chef turned out to be the neighbor, who cooked the most delicious Sicilian meals we’ve had. She also arranged a visit to a farm and limoncello maker. Amazing!

Wauw, wat een plek! Terre di Bea is werkelijk een supermooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen rondom het huis en bij het zwembad. De plung pool was perfect om even heerlijk af te koelen na een wandeling, en de buitenkeuken maakte het extra leuk om samen de lekkerste ontbijtjes, lunches en diners te bereiden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 (met kinderen van 4, 7 en 9 jaar) en hebben ons hier enorm vermaakt. Luie ochtendjes aan het zwembad wisselden we af met actieve uitstapjes naar Cefalù en de omgeving – met fijne strandjes, gezellige restaurantjes en sfeervolle middeleeuwse straatjes om doorheen te slenteren. Ons verblijf bij Terre di Bea was echt het hoogtepunt van de vakantie. Dankjewel Antonio voor alles!

Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage direkt am Meer! Es ist im Inneren eher klein, die Küche ist über die Terrasse begehbar. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein. Im Bad und in den hinteren Schlafzimmern riecht es etwas muffig (der Einbauschrank sollte ausgetauscht werden). Aaaaber...die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die riesige, wunderbare Terrasse macht alle ausbaufähig Kleinigkeiten mehr als wett!!! Der Whirlpool hat leider nicht immer funktioniert, aber Giorgio hat sofort für eine Reparatur gesorgt. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir könne diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!! Casa Grande lives up to its photos in real life - not always true these days - it is a beautiful old home. A caretaker is nearby for questions.The property is lovely and full of olive, lemon and orange trees, delightful co-habitants of chickens, turkeys and mules that are maybe half a mile away from the house. The view of Torrenova and the sea is beautiful. The swimming pool is well-maintained. The air temperature was barely in the 70s F but the hardiest of us did swim. There are many verandas and patios-we were hard-pressed to enjoy them all in 2 weeks! It is conveniently located about the same distance from both Palermo or Catania - some of us came and went from each. We were a group of 8 family members and it worked well for us. Any questions were addressed quickly. Daily housekeeping (not Sundays or holidays) was nice - breakfast provided and minimal cleaning. Staff was friendly. We spoke Italian so not sure how English or other languages would be handled.

Nous avons passé une séjour merveilleux. La maison, le jardin sont magnifiques, très fleuris, et le cadre est idyllique (vu sur les montagnes) et paisible. La maison est impeccable et parfaitement équipée, nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien situé pour sillonner les environs. À proximité : de jolies plages, le petit bourg de San Nicola l’arena et tout ce qu’il faut pour faire ses courses. Les personnes qui nous ont accueillies ont été très accueillantes et de bon conseil (très bonnes adresses de resto) et également très réactives quand nous avions des questions. Rien à redire, ce séjour était parfait!

Gianni and Renata were really adorable, super friendly and cute! Their son speaks English and helps. The garden is amazing, much space and nice corners, washing machine, pool, table tennis, all you need. All very clean and tidy, pretty plants. They welcomed us with cookies, wine, water, milk. So nice! The place was very quiet, but Comiso nearby is a pretty city with restaurants, churches…pretty beaches 25 Minutes away (we enjoyed Riserva di Randello), 30 minutes to Ragusa, 40 to Modica. Syracuse longer, but must-see! We enjoyed it a lot!

Eduardo has been one of the kindest hosts we have met so far. He was there when we arrived and took his time to walk us through the home and give some recommendations. He was very kind to our 4 year old son and even gave him some toys to play with. The house itself was very clean, spacious and with a large bathroom. Kitchen was small, but workable. The patio was very nice as well, with acces to a clean pool. Location wise it was really close to a supermarket and the valley of the tempels was around the corner as well. All in all a great place to stay and visit the many sights this beautiful island has to offer.

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

This home just outside Cefalù was just amazing- many things to do at the property at the beach nearby and also a short drive from the Cefalu town center / beach

Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

Tina’s villa is superb! We felt right at home and wish we had more time there. The home is spacious and very comfortable! The hot water and showers are great, the location is idyllic and serene which is perfect after exploring the sites of Selinunte and Agrigento each day. Come home and go for a lovely swim and nap by the pool! Eda, the house manager and her husband are lovely lovely people! They thoughtfully provided a bottle of chilled wine and 2 bottles of water in the fridge and the kitchen is fully stocked! We could stay there for a month alone! Thanks so much Tina and Eda! You’ve made our visit to Sicily very memorable! 🤗

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!
