The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

Enjoyed staying here. Host and building management were very kind and efficient. Place is a short walk to Makati Ave and Rockwell. It also has everything one needs for a long-term stay.

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We booked this place to relax and get that summer vibe, and it was just what we needed! The man-made beach and wave pool were a fun touch, and the whole place had a nice resort feel. The unit itself was clean and comfy, perfect for a vacation. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the host was really responsive and made everything easy. My stay at Kristine's was great! The 40m² duplex appartement seemed bigger to me than it appeared in the pictures. Both the kitchen and the living room are extremely well equipped. Big smart TV with multiple subscriptions, nice desk if you need to get some work done, fast Internet connection, comfy bed and couch. Felt like home to me. The unit is located in an apartment complex in a quiet area with a very nice mountain view. It's a bit difficult to locate the unit at first, especially as a foreigner, but the contact with the host is excellent so you have nothing to worry about. Highly recommend Kristine's place for any single traveler or a couple.

We had a great stay! From the moment we saw the owners, I could say that we would be enjoying being there. I felt like they really prepared the rooms—they provided necessities, made sure that we felt the soothing ambiance, and all the stuff were really clean. I highly recommend them! If we would be given a long weekend anytime soon, we'd probably book them again.

Good location. Nearby stores and just a walk away from my family’s residence. Accommodating and responsive host. Guards and crew are nice and friendly. I am very thankful when Ms Peach accept our reservation in a short notice at the Tempus cafe at 6th floor for our family christmas dinner. Overall it’s a great place and stay. Nice view and quiet place. You can walk around the area safely even at night. I can recommend it to my friends and families. I will book again. Thank you to our hosts!!

Condo Unit is very spacious can fit up to 6-8 pax. Unit is same as described. The only thing I wish the unit has is an eletric pot. Hot water in the dispenser ran out quickly. Guards are very friendly. hall ways and elevator is well maintained. I will book again :) thank yo
