Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!

Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen in Anitas schönem Häuschen. Alles war sehr sauber und Anita hat uns freundlich empfangen. Die Lage war perfekt um ein paar schöne und ruhige Tage in Akmaar zu verbringen. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Dankeschön!

Hemos pasado dos dias en casa de Isa y ha estado genial; un remanso de tranquilidad, con vistas al campo y las ovejas pero a lq vez bien comunicado en coche y bici para ir a loa mejores sitios de la isla. Cerca de De Burg, De Hoorn, Ecomare y reserva natural de dunas. La casa impecable, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa :-)

Arthur's house is perfect place for your stay and Arthur himself is great host. At first I really appreciate that he accept our request for stay and was not afraid to accommodate group of friends instead of a family. He have no trouble with change of check-in time even in only one day before arrival. He provided us with many usefull information about public transport, nearby restaurants and similar info needed by every stranger. His home is beatifull. Small quiet garden, big living room, soft beds, two toilets and you can even borrow his bikes, which should be very useful in Netherlands;-) Big great surprise was easy parking just next to the house. Public transport is few minutes by walk and you can be in Amsterdam Centrum within 30 minutes or in Keukenhof in the same time. So big recommendation to everybody who want to enjoy quiet cozy accomodation in good location for good money.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un gîte situé dans un environnement calme, bien entretenu, des services et la présence des animaux. Le logement a tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très bon moment. A recommander sans hésiter. Merci

Wir haben einen schönen Familien Urlaub in Wyik aan Zee gehabt. Schöner Strand zum spazieren gehen. Ein Ausflug nach Haarlem und Amsterdam standen auch auf dem Programm. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Ingrid. La maison est ravissante, confortable et très bien équipée. Après les journées intenses en ville, c’était un vrai plaisir de rentrer nous y reposer. Les paysages environnants et l’atmosphère sereine nous ont véritablement charmés. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les voyageurs en quête de tranquillité 😌

I can't recommend Martijn and Lucy's place enough. The apartment itself was extremely well furnished and thought out, including a well stocked kitchen, decent shower and plenty of towels provided. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. There are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment at the top floor of the building, but these are well worth it for the benefit of a roof terrace. The location is great, with plenty of food options within a few mins walk (it's worth checking out the Foodhallen!) and an outdoor market on the street below. A tram line that can take you towards the central station is only a couple of mins away or it's an enjoyable walk to anywhere in Amsterdam. We had a great stay, thanks so much!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu 100% genossen! Serge ist der perfekte Gastgeber, zuvorkommen, immer da aber trotzdem zurückhaltend, höflich, freundlich, hilfsbereit - uns wurde einfach jeder Wunsch erfüllt und es hat an nichts in dieser luxuriösen, absolut durchdachten Unterkunft gefehlt. Hochwertige Geräte in der top ausgestatteten Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Backpapier, Alu-& Frischhaltefolie usw.), gemütliches Sofa&Bett, schönes Bad, es war schön warm (im doch kühlen April). Unsere Wäsche konnten wir waschen und auch im Trockner trocknen lassen. Vor den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter, im Schlafzimmer gute Verdunklungsvorhänge und für tagsüber schönen Sichtschutz. Parken kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft auf einem großen Parkplatz, das Auto hat man von Wohnzimmer&Küche immer im Blick. Wir werden wiederkommen! Mariettas Haus liegt in dem schönen Städtchen Muiderberg, von wo aus wir drei Tage lang völlig unkompliziert nach Amsterdam gependelt sind. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, ist umgeben von alten Bäumen und vielen alleinstehenden Villen. Die Wohnung eingerichtet, es gab kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke wie Pralinen, Käse und Wein. Vielen Dank hierfür. Nach Besichtigungstagen in der Stadt haben wir die Abends in Muiderberg am Strand ausklingen lassen. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

The apartment is small but nice has everything you need. Thildy and her husband are super friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast the first day and it was delicious and sumptuous. Especially our little one was thrilled with all the great toys, the trampoline and the hammocks in the garden. The surrounding area is great for bike rides or trips to the beach and dunes. Washing machine and towels cost extra, which we are not used to from AirBnB. But all toys are free and Thyldi helped us on a private issue, which was very kind. We had a really nice and relaxing time there!

We had a lovely stay at Tijmen's spacious home which is ideally located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short walk to the museum campus, Vondelpark and several other sites. Tijmen was a wonderful host who provided very clear instructions and guidance on restaurants and sites in the area. The flat was clean and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing with wine and snacks in the sun on the rooftop deck. Like most flats in Amsterdam, you need to climb stairs to get to the flat (and the deck), but it is well worth it!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le airbnb de Max, un hôte très amical, disponible et arrangeant. Le logement était propre et surtout très bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut. Point très important : il est situé dans un quartier calme tout en étant à seulement 10min en bus d’Amsterdam Centraal. Bonus pour la terrasse très agréable ! Si nous devions revenir à Amsterdam, nous vendrions ici à nouveau !

Ich war mit meinem Partner ein verlängertes Wochenende da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Jet ist supersüss und hat uns jeden Abend freundlich begrüsst, wenn wir zurückgekommen sind. Nach Amsterdam hat man ca. 40min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Auch am Strand ist man sehr schnell mit dem Auto. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Wonderful place to stay in central Amsterdam! Sam was super helpful and reactive to all requests. The neighborhood is fantastic, and it was amazing to have a home cinema and terrace. Could not be better!

Hej. Vi var super glade og tilfredse med vores ophold i Holland. Vi kunne ikke få bedre sted at bo. Dejlig roligt sted, men alligevel ganske tæt ved byen. Vi syntes byen Alkmaar var en interessant og hyggelig by. Vi kommer gerne igen. Med venlig hilsen Svend

We often look for Airbnb options during most of our vacations because our adorable senior dog likes traveling the world with us. Without exaggerating I can say Jody's place figures right on top of the list of our best Airbnb experiences. The house is well equipped and exactly as described on the listing and pictures, but it's the personal touch that made it extra special. She even thought of the tiniest details to make our stay more comfortable - everything from the thoughtful breakfast basket to the beautiful bouquet of tulips that greeted us when we got there, it was perfect in every way. Excellent property. Peaceful and quaint. Slightly outside the city as it's a farm cottage but very convenient to get to the city.

Heel fijn een aantal dagen verbleven in het vakantiehuisje van Eva. Het huisje is comfortabel ingericht en ligt op een rustig vakantiepark, dichtbij het strand (fietsafstand), Alkmaar en andere bezienswaardigheden. Het contact met Eva verliep super. Erg prettig!

Wir waren zu 3. das erste Mal zusammen mit Hund in den Niederlanden. Das Haus mit Garten ist genau wie auf den Bildern sehr schön, sauber und durch die Ausrichtung von der Straße weg, bekommt man nichts mit. Auch ist die Gegend extrem ruhig, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt war. Der Strand ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alkmaar ist 30 km entfernt und für einen Ausflug optimal. Auch hat Willeke direkt auf meine Nachfragen reagiert und am Tag der Ankunft unkompliziert angerufen, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Es war eine perfekte Auszeit für uns und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk rustig en gezellig huisje. Prachtig, vrij uitzicht. sfeervol en ruim. je wordt persoonlijk ontvangen en ontvangt tips. Hou je van rust en natuur dan is dit een aanrader. Op 10 minuten van zee, duinen en dorpjes.

Ons weekend in de duinstudio was fantastisch. Het huisje is met veel zorg ingericht en de tuin biedt alle privacy die je maar wensen kunt. We hebben genoten van alle vogeltjes in de mooie tuin. Annelies is enorm gastvrij en vriendelijk. Vanuit de studio loop je zo de duinen in. Wij hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt langs de zee en door de duinen. We voelden ons direct helemaal thuis in het huisje en bij Annelies. We komen er graag terug.

Wie auch schon beim ersten Mal: Sehr nette Gastgeber. Tolle und ruhige Lage! Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer - traumhaft schön! Das Interieur sehr schön und gemütlich! Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung perfekt! Zum Strand durch die Dünenlandschaft ca. 2-3km. Ein sehr schöner Supermarkt befindet sich in 1km Entfernung. Und man kann natürlich das schöne Restaurant der Gastgeberin besuchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank! Astrid und Michael
