had a great stay. the home was clean, well stocked and very charming. perfect location for day trips to Austin and San Antonio. I have family in the area, and looking forward to another stay here.

The ranch was definitely a great getaway for us disc golfers. The saloon in the house was amazing and the back patio was a nice outdoor space to hangout. The home had all the amenities and upgrades, you’ll need and we would definitely stay again in the future.

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

Great location for my wife, son, and I coming into town for the night. Jerryl was very helpful and communicative. Great space that felt like home.

What a great place to stay at for our trip to COTA. House was clean and living room was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Plenty of sleeping and loved the location outside of Austin. Host was very flexible with my request and replied quick every time. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that. Had to escape from the Austin metro (where we all live and work) for a work retreat. The property is exactly what we were looking for - very private and peaceful but within 20 minutes of whatever we needed. If you like wildlife, this is your spot too - the Armadillo's were on perimeter security for us as we relaxed by the fire pit and soaked in the tranquility. Edwin was a great host and we hope to return in the future.
