Jättefint boende med allt som behövs. Helt perfekt för en liten familj som oss. Vänliga och hjälpsamma värdar. Poolområde med fantastiskt utsikt över Montgo. Terrass med kvällssol. Gångavstånd till supermarkets, strand och restauranger på piren. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Small flat in a good location. Close to beaches. Close to either promenade. Many restaurants. Small grocery store very close. Bus stop to central Calpe or tram station very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice touch with spices, oil, vinegar, etc.

Hier ist eine freundlichere und zufriedenere Version deiner Bewertung: --- Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, zwölf wunderschöne Tage in Ingrids Wohnung verbringen zu dürfen! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Hôte adorable.

Nous sommes arrivés très facilement jusqu'au logement et dès l'arrivée l'enchantement à commencé. Superbe vue panoramique sur la mer et Cumbre del sol. Logement impeccable, très propre, très fonctionnel avec tous les équipements indispensables pour passer un excellent séjour. L'accueil par Javea Holiday Rentals très professionnel, suivi d'excellents conseils (environnement, magasins, caviste...). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et réalisé de magnifiques visites (Cala Granadella et Moraig superbes, plages incroyables, magasins, visite centre historique d'Altea, journée plage à Benidorm avec toutes les activités nautiques, après midi plage à Javea avec boutiques et restaurant, plusieurs sorties le soir avec restaurants à Moreira dont son incroyable plage d'El Portet 😎☀️✌️. Encore merci pour la réactivité de Javea Holiday Rentals pour les réponses à nos questions (même à 22h 😬). Bref, à l'instar de la cuisine et douceur de vivre Espagnol, tous les ingrédients sont réunis 👍☀️🌴

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pakatoa – it truly felt like a home away from home. The villa itself is perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and surrounded by beautiful gardens that made every morning feel peaceful and special. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite spots to relax. A huge thank you to the agency – they were incredibly helpful, easy to reach, and made everything so smooth for us, we really appreciated it. We also fell in love with a few local places. Chabada on the boulevard became our favorite for morning coffee and relaxed dinners. For something special, Mirador de Jávea at Cap de la Nau offered not only stunning views but also a delicious black paella. And exploring the old town of Jávea and the charming streets of Altea was such a lovely experience – both full of character and beauty. To the owners and the agency: thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating a space where we could truly unwind. 🥰

Estuvimos en esta preciosa casita durante las navidades, y la verdad es que nos encantó. Tiene una terraza enorme perfecta para hacer una barbacoa, o simplemente tomar un café mientras te da el sol. en verano tiene que ser una pasada con la piscina y las hamacas. Las habitaciones muy grandes y espaciosas, y los baños muy bien, todo nuevo (incluso habían váter con chorrito, algo que nos encantó). El anfitrión fue una persona súper amable y atenta, y estuvo pendiente de si nos faltaba alguna cosa, pero a la vez nos dió nuestro espacio y la intimidad que buscamos. Sin ninguna duda, volvería a este alojamiento sin pensarlo, hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas

Duidelijke video en instructies om het appartement te vinden. Verder was het appartement was netjes en proper, goed opgeruimd. Ligt in een rustige omgeving, supermarkt, restaurants en de zee ligt allemaal zeer dichtbij. Bij aankomst miste ik wel enkele basis hygiene dingen zoals een WC-rol en een beetje handzeep. Verder was alles prima in orde!
