Absolutely magical stay! Sarah’s Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The private lake was serene and perfect for morning coffees and evening strolls, and the hot tub under the stars was the ultimate way to unwind. The scenery is absolutely stunning—pictures don’t do it justice. And we can’t forget Wilson the cat, who made us feel truly at home with his cheeky little visits (and his “presents”)! Every detail was thoughtful, and Sarah was a fantastic host. We’ll definitely be back!

Brilliant little home, clean & really comfy beds. Was a perfect location for us to attend a friend’s wedding less than 10 minutes down the road. Even the little touches of a biscuit/jam basket and a little bottle of milk so we could have a coffee as soon as we checked in. Amazing. Thanks so much Joanne, perfect get away for us.

Beautiful lodge, with everything we needed. Amazing place to spend Christmas, so relaxing and just what we needed. Can’t fault anything and would love to return ☺️

I visited with some friends and it was the perfect peaceful break we needed. We can’t wait to visit again! The place is decorated beautifully and our stay was very comfortable.

A very nice apartment at a fantastic location. Close to shops and tram-station. Maybe a bit for the center of town, but for us it was perfect. And Jo was a very proactive and responding host.

Great communication. Good location with some nice eateries locally and easy access into Leeds. Dedicated parking is a bonus. We stayed with an infant for a wedding in Leeds and it was an ideal base.

Our host was one of the best hosts I have ever come across, the hospitality and state of the flat was just exceptional. Anything we needed we were provided and treated like kin. I would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Manchester.

Fabulous place in the perfect location, easy access, privacy, loads of space. Was immaculate on arrival, lovely and warm and with everything we needed for a short break. Had our 2 dogs with us and its perfect for them.

Fabulous apartment! It beautifully blends original features with lovely furnishings, creating a stylish and comfortable space. The artwork is great and thoughtfully chosen to reflect the local area. If you love the YSP, this is the perfect place to stay. Excellent communications from Simon —clear, friendly, and prompt throughout. Highly recommended!

There was good communication prior to us arriving. The apartment was spotless, seems very new, everything was comfortable. Loads of space! There were four of us and it was anything but cramped. Even with double the number of people it would still feel extremely spacious. Amazing view from the balcony - we didn't go in summer but would be amazing to sit out there in the sunshine! You're quite near a main road but you don't hear it and it means you've got easy access to the towns, villages and countryside nearby. Perfect if you want to explore. If we're back in the area we'd definitely check to see if the apartment is available. Highly recommended.

A truly beautiful location and a lovely cottage. We had a great week and wished we could have stayed longer. Jane was on hand with lots of local information and made us feel very much at home.

The cottage is a great place to stay. Quiet and comfortable and within easy reach of places to visit, walk and shop. We were very lucky with the weather and because the skies were clear were able to star-gaze which was wonderful. There's everything you need for a break away from home. As you'd expect, staying high in the hills in a rural location, the water pressure isn't great but it gets the job done. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We're hoping to stay at the cottage again to continue to explore the area.

Chris and Mel were so helpful and very good at communicating with us, the cottage itself was in a great location, beautiful views across the valley and easy access into town. It had everything we needed and Chris and Mel sorted out the travel cot, highchair and stairgate for us before we got there which was so helpful! Our daughter loved the children's books there and we loved the big comfy bed! Thank you again for a lovely stay!

We booked this weekend away for my birthday and our stay exceeded our expectations. The cottage is absolutely beautiful - extremely clean, cosy and truly felt like a home away from home. The surroundings are peaceful, you can fall asleep to the sound of the stream outside. Everything you need is within walking distance. Holmfirth town centre is lovely - lots of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. The Pickled Pheasant is a must visit. All in all a 10/10 stay and will definitely be returning in the future. This property was amazing. From the first step inside we were "in love". This beautiful eclectic house gave us a hug each time we walked in. it was spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The bathroom WOW WOW WOW I could have spent a day in the bath as could we all. The en suite was just perfect. kitchen was fully equipped and inviting with its quirky ornaments ect. The living room was sooooo comfortable. Decoration throughout was enhanced by the beautiful furniture old embracing new. I really did not want to come home. Liju has made a wonderful holiday home. We hope to be back. Pateley Bridge is a great village with lovely shops cafes and restaurants and so many friendly people. Well situated for days out. Stump Cross Caverns is a must, Grassington and Brimham Rocks are a wonderful day out. All close to home. Visit the Paper Board? in the village for an hour of fun in the Escape room hosted by wonderful owners. Wish we had had more time. Thankyou for welcoming us

Fantastic 3 night stay for my mum and I. Lovely walks and Pateley bridge really wasn’t far! Accommodation was Beautiful inside and out. Really comfortable super king size bed on the top floor. Comfortable sofa for relaxing in the evenings watching som tv! Highly recommend wildings riverside cafe for brunch it was delicious. The Whittaker Gin Distillery tour was absolutely incredible, 4 mile walk from the Airbnb and the views are beautiful, really reasonable price wise too. Head to Cocoa Joes if you love hot chocolate, such friendly owners! Olleys Italian restaurant was really great for an evening meal.

We are a Family of 4, two young girls, 7 & 9. The house did not feel cramped for space with an extended Kitchen/Diner. Both Bedrooms were spacious, with more than enough cupboards/shelves etc. for clothes. Short drive from Buxton & Castleton, made a very pleasant Easter stay with Hiking Mam Tor and visiting the Blue John Caverns.
