It's in a diverse inner-city neighbourhood just 2 miles from the city centre & close to frequent buses into town (15mins) & to airport. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for simple meals and a help-yourself breakfast is included. My cats have big, friendly personalities. If you're not a cat fan, this may not be the place for you!

If you would like a taste of peaceful countryside we would love to welcome you to our detached dormer bungalow set in a acre of field and garden with probably the most amazing views ever. So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.

Your room is large and comfortable with a TV. All surfaces are cleaned with rubbing alcohol. You are welcome to use my small garden which was the police yard. A light continental breakfast with good coffee is provided. In addition you can also book a reiki /crystal session for deep relaxation.
