We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The hosts were accommodating, gave clear instructions on going to the location, recommended places to go like malls and restos nearby. They made us feel like their place is our home too by constantly checking on us if we have any concerns or needs; They even surprised us with a welcome buko pie which is famous in Tagaytay. The rooms were cozy, the kitchen and dining was so spacious , bathrooms and other rooms were clean, the heated pool brought warmth to the kids while enjoying swimming and the basketball court was big as well where we had fun playing. Overall, our stay in their home was a wonderful experience despite of our short stay. I recommend this place because it is worth staying. Thank you!

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

Our stay in Tagaytay was amazing, thanks to Miguel’s wonderful Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cool Tagaytay breeze. Miguel was an excellent host: super friendly, quick to respond, and gave us great local tips. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

Miss Alma was very responsive and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. The children enjoyed the pool and even us, adults. It’s very cozy, really feels like home.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We visited in March, and it did get uncomfortably hot upstairs, so I’d recommend future guests consider paying the additional fee to use the living room air conditioner—it really makes a difference.

What I liked most about Pina Colina is that it was affordable without compromising on quality. Despite the reasonable rates, we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. I love this place. My family loved it too. We will definitely come back again. Villa 3 was super clean when we arrived, the caretaker already set up the AC before we get there which I really really appreciate kasi ang dami naming ginawa before kami nag check in so pagod na kami before pa makarating sa Villa. Maluwag ang house, again its squeky clean, AC works well, sheets are all clean and all the beds were tucked in so well. Heater was working fine, bathroom was so clean as well and kung sensitive ka sa lights like we are. There's a lot of switches para makapili ka ng light na gusto mo lang buksan which is very good. Wifi is working fine as well so pwedeng pede mag wfh if kelangan while on vacation. The place is private, which I love so much.. This is a big plus for an introvert family like us. The pool is like 2mins drive away, when we get there kami lang tao dun sa pool area so nag enjoy talaga kami. I wish i can give you guys 10stars if i can.
