IVA Lodge is a small modern lodge with small town charm located in Perez, Quezon Province Island of Alabat. This is not beachfront but it is near the beach about 7-8 mins walk. There are many beach resorts in the area which are open for day or night trips. They usually charge $1-3.00 per person to get in but there is a long shoreline which is free. Rate listed is for maximum of up to 16 adults and 3 kids or 19-20 person. seven years old and below are free.
