We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Prim Rose's place! The place was spotless, beautiful, and it feels very homey. Prim Rose was very responsive and provided helpful and thorough instructions. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay during the Lenten Season from April 17-19! The place was clean, well-organized, and truly felt like a home away from home. My Family enjoyed every bit of it. All the details provided by the host were accurate and helpful. The location was very accessible and convenient- with a great variety of restaurants and grocery stored nearby. Even churches were within 10-20 minutes’ drive which was perfect for the season. On our 3rd day (checkout), there was a brief water interruption, but Ms Mabel and Kuya Kirk (the caretaker) responded quickly and arranged water delivery right away. We truly appreciate their prompt assistance! Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again!

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Everything was just perfect. We we're assisted every step of the way, from the parking, the necessary forms to fill up prior to checking in, was informed personally on all the things we need to know about. Communication was very easy and we had a great stay. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Tagaytay!

We were truly wow-ed the moment we arrived — from the cozy lighting to the gorgeous interior design, everything was so relaxing and inviting. I was genuinely excited, and even my husband, who has very high standards and is quite picky, absolutely loved the place!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We honestly wanted to extend our stay for another 5 days, but sadly, it was already fully booked — that’s how amazing it is! I also appreciated that we could cook, as the kitchen was fully equipped with complete utensils and cookware. And can I just say, I even fell in love with their vacuum! (I actually enjoyed cleaning the floor — lol).🙂 Overall, it was such a wonderful experience. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!🫶

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

The place is described perfectly. What you see is what you get and it's not any less than cozy and home-y. This is an SMDC unit so don't expect a large room but Ms. May managed to make up for it by making it clean and nice to stay in. She is also very friendly, accommodated us whenever we asked for help, and made everything super smooth. Highly recommended for couples staying in tagaytay for a bit, but if you're bringing a car, the parking may be a little far from the unit (but this isn't the hosts fault as SMDC is known for having weird parking spaces anyway). But that's a small price to pay for a place as lovely as this and a host that is kind and responsive to their guests, and my GF and I had a great time. 10/10 would HEAVILY recommend and we will definitely come back.

Great and quiet location. Awesome view of Taal lake from the balcony. Food and coffee near the area. Check in can be a little confusing but still over all its a great place to stay in Tagaytay

This was the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at in a long time. Not only was it a very nice place, the hosts were also very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area!

Loved our little staycation! The room was cozy, the service was friendly, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. It was exactly what we needed without having to travel far. Highly recommend for a quick local getaway!

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place is very clean, has a good ambiance, and is perfect for a relaxing stay. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely go back. The only downside was the elevator situation — out of 4 units, only one was fully functioning, which made going up and down quite difficult at times. Other than that, everything was excellent. 😊

5 stars - Perfect weekend getaway. Paolo's place was everything we hoped for and more. The view of Taal Lake right from the balcony is stunning. We ended up spending most of our mornings there with coffee, just soaking in the peaceful scenery. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked great and the Wi-Fi was stable the whole time. The host clearly put thought into the small details—there were plates, utensils, fresh coffee, extra blankets even an extra umbrella by the door just in case. The location is super convenient too—close to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, but still quiet enough to feel like a real escape from the city. Would 100% stay here again.

The place is clean, with complete amenities that cater to everything you could possibly need during your stay. It feels incredibly homey and cozy — perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
