The suite is equipped with maximum sound insulation for guests’ comfort. Full kitchen with quartz countertops comes fully equipped. Bedroom comes with a queen bed. There is a rollaway sofa bed that is a single/twin size as well. Street parking is available for guests. This is a no-pet and non-smoking facility.

Private, pet friendly suite - no cleaning fee!

This basement suite is self-contained, has its own separate entrance, and has all the necessary items to become your home away from home! You are required to use two (2) sets of stairs to access the suite. A security camera is located at the front door. Pets are welcome! Let us know if your furry friend is coming so that we can prepare for their arrival.
