Dieses gepflegte, im mallorquinischem Stil erbaute Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, aber dennoch zentralen Wohngegend von Cala Mandia direkt gegenüber eines Naturschutzgebietes. Drei herrliche Sandbuchten sind in ca. 300 m fußläufig zu erreichen. Alle sind wunderschön und für Kinder gut geeignet. Cala Mandias Strand hat die blaue Flagge für besonders gute Wasserqualität erhalten. Auch gelangt man zu den zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants des gepflegten Ortes bequem zu Fuß.

In unserem tollen Strandhaus läßt es sich herrlich am Pool chillen, an den Strand gehen und ein leckeres Barbecue genießen. Abends kann man schön auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unser Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet. Tagsüber, wenn es heiß ist, kann man auf der vorderen Terrasse (im Schatten) aufs Meer gucken oder hinten auf der anderen Terrasse in der Sonne am Pool liegen. So gibt es immer für jeden ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen.
