Come and visit Country Charm! This is a gorgeous 3088 square foot home that is still in the city but on the edge of town with beautiful country views and a peaceful relaxing setting to enjoy. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 14 people yet is affordable for smaller groups as well. The home is wonderful to entertain with a large & luxurious family room and a 55" Smart TV & DVD player. The game room is amazing and has a pool table and ping table for hours of enjoyment.

Relax at the guesthouse at the farm where you are surrounded by acres of rolling hills and farm animals. This is the perfect place to stay if your on vacation or just driving through. The surrounding towns are all within a 15 minute drive to Mt. Grove, Houston, Willow Springs, and of course Cabool. This guesthouse sports a comfortable queen bed with a full size kitchen and a large bathroom with a huge shower. Upstairs is the living room with a small theater and more beds. Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

Come stay at the ranch! As we no longer need a farmhand, we are offering the cabin as a place to relax and enjoy the Ozarks at their finest! Come enjoy stunning views, sunrises and sunsets, fresh country air, starlit skies, and of course, cows. All from your porch. The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Park your vehicle in the shop beside the house. Live the simple life!

This former dairy barn sits on a farm that has been in our family for 150 years. It was our dream to turn it into a cozy, comfortable home that could be enjoyed by anyone needing a quiet country getaway. We are located close to Big Piney River, with river access from almost any direction, Piney River Brewing Company, Big Piney Sportsman's Club, Mark Twain National Forest and about 45 minutes to hour to several accesses on the Current and Jacks Fork Rivers.
