Place was as described, excellent communication, great AC units, spacious and well-stocked kitchen, and a nice little home gym setup. Place felt private (stand-alone "house"), and was walking distance from a ton of variety - restaurants and bars - while not feeling too loud. Thank you!

Brandon and the team were excellent the place was as expected no issues with check in or check out smooth overall great experience. Very private community felt safe and welcoming. Will definitely consider booking here in the future. About 17 min to downtown. We did take advantage of the amenities and pools that Quivira Pueblo bonito had to offer + w/ Brandon 20% discount was a great perk too.

Ava is a wonderful host and Ameri was so welcoming when we arrived. Cold beers from the patio fridge and in our own fridge were so on point ! Gracias! We are dog lovers and hanging outside by the pool with the four pooches made our stay extra special. Plus the views from the rooftop patios are amazing - we spent most of our time sipping coffee or beer and taking it all in. The kitty and chickens add to the appeal of this paradise by the sea. For folks who like to walk - while you can walk to the local coffee shop and burrito place you cannot really stroll anywhere else, like even tho the beach is right there - the car traffic makes it impassable on foot.

Ximenas house is an incredible oasis! We had a relaxing time here! The highlight for us was the incredible pool area overlooking the golf course and the ocean! The house is well equipped with everything that you need for your stay! The pool is heated, and is the perfect temperature at anytime of year! The house is a massive compound, but also felt very cozy as well! Our pets were so happy staying here as well! It was so nice to meet other people from all over the world also staying here. You’re close to everything here, with downtown San Jose Del Cabo about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Grocery stores and Walmart is down the street as well. We could’ve spent weeks staying here. Ximena is an awesome host! We even left some items behind, and Ximena was kind enough to meet us after check out to give us the items that we left behind! We will most definitely be back! Thank you Ximena and family for a lovely stay!

Lugar Confortable, limpio y bonito.

Cute cozy place. Easy access to downtown and beaches. Lots of local restaurants nearby you will never go hungry! Great amenities too that you only need to bring clothes

This was such a great place to escape winter. Gorgeous, quiet neighborhood about a 10 min drive to Centro, or a ~7min walk to the bus stop. It had everything I needed to cook, internet was great, and an outstanding patio overlooking town and the ocean. Plus, Norma and her family were so lovely! Such a great stay. Highly recommend.

This place is "off the beaten path" of normal tourist destinations, but really incredible and near Tianguis La Ballena, a great area to try local food, shop and see the mountains!! The house is pacious, very private place with a full kitchen and lovely living room/sitting area. Very secure and secure for parking a rental car. Great for kids! Comfortable bed, good internet with nice TV and streaming options. Ricardo was very helpful and accomodating every step of the way in my stay.
