You’ve found the bnb you were looking for! The host, the location, the view, the fish when snorkeling, the AC, the layout.. we can’t wait to come back!! I've stayed at around 25 Airbnbs and some of them on beachfronts, and this by far, takes the cake! Literally, Bill intrepidly searched the island for a vegan(!) chocolate cake through his network for my wife’s birthday during our stay. I’ve NEVER seem a host go so above and beyond like this. He made her birthday so special during our stay!! We’ve had issues with other hosts taking our chemical allergies to fabric softeners and air fresheners, but not Bill! He went out of his way to order special detergent and make sure that the linens we cleaned to be fragrance free. Our 11 year old LOVED feeding the tarpons with Bill from the deck and then we even snorkeled with them in the last morning! Speaking of which, this was great for morning snorkeling (all manner of sea life!) Bill is truly a Superhost!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The private balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. The place was spotless when we arrived. Carlo was very helpful and gave clear directions and check-in instructions. He also recommended great places nearby. 10 minutes into town which was cute and walkable. We frequented Doña Lala beach with a walkable bar/restaurant. Would recommend 100x

So happy to have found this slice of paradise! The house is exactly as pictured. The enormous backyard leads directly to a private* beach. (*Not officially private, but so secluded and few people it felt extremely private). In the midst of an island-wide power outage, Christopher reached out proactively. He made sure the caretaker started a generator that was powerful enough to supply the whole house with electricity throughout the entire night. An excellent, peaceful stay! We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at Mara and Marks place! Waking up to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunset each evening and every peaceful moment in between was everything we were looking for. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the stainless steel cooking pots, aloe for sunburns, AC in the bedroom after a long day in the sun and access to a grill to cook on at sunset. Mark was responsive to all of our questions and a joy to meet! The location was close to everything. If you can plan your trip to include a Thursday it's worth visiting the art walk in the town square at night time! Great way to immerse in the local culture. I agree with other reviews that say to book this place if it's available. Don't hesitate! We hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful oasis again. Thanks for having us!

The view was stunning and the place was perfect for our stay

What more could you want than this view and this gorgeous beach all to yourself most mornings and evenings! Sleeping with the sound of the waves… this was a great space for our family, for the kids to swim, for meals in the kitchen and coffee on the balcony. We would love to come back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Iris’s place was one of our favorite stays! It was interesting getting to the beach house, but that made it part of the fun. Iris’s place was extremely clean and she had everything you could have possibly needed. The views, beach and house were all incredible!

Mi familia y yo lo pasamos espectacular. Excelente lugar, extremadamente limpio, excelente ubicación, bien ambiente, muy privado, la piscina acogedora y limpia, camas super cómodas con matress de excelente calidad. Cerca de farmacias, panaderías, restaurantes!!! Y con el apagón de todo PR no hubo problemas, hay planta eléctrica que mueve toda la casa incluso los aires, estufa eléctrica y motor de piscina! en fin TODO! Gracias Victor, un lugar que recomiendo 200%

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

Excellent service, even in the middle of an island wide 2 days power outage. Backup generator worked well to keep us comfortable and safe. It required refueling which went seamlessly. Great restaurants close by ( Strongly recommend Porcello walking distance, a little pricey but excellent food quality and taste). All the unit’s amenities described were in perfect order. Lots of beach towels and beach chairs and beach umbrella. Great place and very responsible host! Loved it, definitely recommend and I will revisit.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, secure, and felt right at home. Loved that it had a game room and pool. If only one thing I wish it had at least a washer and a line to hang the clothes cuz in PR a dryer is not necessary. But overall the place was beautiful, I loved it and I hope to be able to go back again.

Super nice! 100 yards from the beach and a few fun restaurants The beach is quiet and lovely - really lovely - with many other beaches within a short drive. Also right next door to a big nature preserve! And the town of Ricón, maybe 5 minutes by car, is adorable . The home is spotless. Couldn’t be better!

My family and I have been visiting Rincón for almost 20 years. Up until last year, we had our own place to stay. So while Rincón isn’t new to us, staying in an Airbnb is. Juan’s check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The AC in all rooms works great. The beds are comfy, and the house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet is strong enough for streaming. There’s a washer and dryer, and the fridge has an ice maker! The pool is just steps from the front door, and most times we had it to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The full-time and seasonal neighbors we met were very friendly. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Marina Beach, downtown is walkable, and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve path is nearby. A couple days, we didn’t even use our car. Many of Juan’s food recommendations matched our own, which was great to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

This was the 2nd time we've stayed there and we'll keep looking for it in the future. Jafet is very nice to talk with and very helpful. This time, he even arrived a few seconds before we did, opened everything up of us and was very friendly. The house itself is very comfortable. The gazebo is also very comfortable, has a lot of space and the swimming pool is great. The only thing I would complain is that there is no WiFi. Thankfully, some family members who live in PR, brought their hotspots and we were able to have WiFI. Other than that, a great place and a great host.

Adele's place was fantastic. The right amount of room for our family and a great neighborhood location. There was a market around the corner and it was just a short drive or longish walk to a pristine beach. We loved the area and everyone was so kind. When we arrived, there was an island-wide blackout so no power for the first couple days of our stay. Adele was at the house when we got there, setting up the generator and making sure we had what we needed. It wasn't an ideal situation for our vacation, but we knew it was a possibility, and Adele was SO accommodating. She and her pal Donna did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. By far our kindest and most helpful hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

This gorgeous house was located directly on a seemingly private beach. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 young boys. We felt very safe our entire stay. Rincon was a very short drive and offered several delicious restaurants and shops. Grocery stores were very close proximity too. We would not hesitate to book here for a future visit. 10/10 recommend!

This is my third time at this place, love the location, close to all the beautiful beaches in the area. The house is really well equipped to have a great stay and it is really comfy and clean. It also has everything you need to have a good time if you just want to stay in, play board games, watch tv, and a charming deck with a hammock, a table and couch just to hang out. I definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful location - right on the beach! Walk down the road to grocery store and some restaurants/food trucks. House is as described in photos. Carol (and Sebrina) are very responsive. We ended up arriving VERY late, (after 2:00 am) but had no issues getting into the house, the instructions were very clear, and we felt safe. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials (they have coffee filters and spices/cooking oil). There are beach chairs and a cooler! As mentioned in other reviews, the house is not soundproof - and the neighbors dogs wake up early! I recommend a sound machine or ear plugs in the am! But the neighbor in the blue house is very friendly and will even share her homemade custard! We look forward to returning and exploring more!

The place was conveniently located right on Buyé beach. The mattresses were comfortable and the AC units maintained the perfect desired temperature. The unit had basic amenities and the sheets,towels and linens were clean but worn. The beach itself was very populated with loud music coming from boats, jet skis and patrons on the beach until late evening. The sunsets were beautiful and the water was calm and shallow, which is perfect for young children.

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay here. The porch overlooking the water is so peaceful and dreamy. Ingrid was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful during our entire stay! 10/10 recommend
