We have a gym and a 24 hour convenience store close by. The estate has several parks, the closest being 2 mins walk from your doorstep.

The shops or even the local pool are a close distance, follow the path or take the bike. TV and wifi for a night in or even a day out of the sun. Utilise the patio for a cool early coffee or a dinner in the evenings. Kitchen is equiped with everything needed to make basic meals. Washing machine and clothes line for your convenience as well.
