We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. Stylish 1 bedroom 1 bath , 250 sq ft with washer and dryer and a comfy queen bed. Kitchen has a full size stove and fridge, microwave, pots and pans etc for your cooking needs while in your home away from home. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful and freshly renovated building. The outdoor firepit space is shared and so nice and tranquil for the evening time. This space is located in a building with 4 total units so If looking for more than 1 space please contact us.

The cozy cottage

The cozy cottage is on the south facing slope in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains. It’s .5 mile from I-64 but feels much more rural than the convenient 7 minute drive to downtown Huntington. Its location on the outskirts of the city makes for nice relaxing evenings with the convenience of still being close. The master bedroom has a tv and queen size bed. The spare bedroom has a tv and full size bed. The living room has a tv, dvd player, and queen size pull out sleeper sofa.
