I cannot recommend this place enough if you visit Byron Bay! Beautiful home with very spacious living/ lounge area for the whole family or a large group of friends gathering. The place is nicely decorated in a relaxing and cozy vibe. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked many meals at home. The location is also perfectly situated across the main beach and within walkable distance to the town centre with restaurants, cute boutiques, etc. Definitely one of the best airbnb I’ve stayed at!

The BEST airbnb in Byron Bay! We had a lovely stay at the beach house. It was across the street from the beach and a short walk to the shops & restaurants. It was exactly what we were looking for! It was clean and well taken care of with a cute bohemian aesthetic. We will definitely be staying at the beach house next time we are in Byron. I highly recommend!

Such a fantastic stay at Bridget's home for our Byron Bay Holiday. The property was nestled just behind popular Rae's Restaurant and had its own little private pathway down to the waters of beautiful Wategos Beach. The apartment has cool AC, is stylishly furnished and the beds are super comfy! The location is absolutely unbeatable. We will definitely be back again!

Certainly very central and right across the road from the beach. Short Walk to Main Street Byron restaurants, shops etc. the unit was very comfortable and everything was provided in the way of bedding, and kitchen utensils, items for the bathrooms and laundry.....and we couldn't fault it. Would happily recommend to all.

Everything was great at Fiona’s place. Great spaces, right in front of the main beach and apartment was super clean. Also Fiona was super responsive when we needed a quick hand

We had a lovely stay at Suzette’s place. What a gorgeous apartment! Had everything we could possibly need. Lovely and clean, comfy bed, great furnishings. Fantastic location across from the river and only just around the corner from the shops, pub etc. Couldn’t fault anything and will definitely return soon.

Fantastic tranquil and pretty location in Brunswick Heads by the river, easy walk to town, cafes, restaurants, the pub and a short stroll to the beach. The house is beautifully designed and built, large shared spaces and balcony, views of river and hinterland. Suited our family (grandparents, parents and young child) perfectly. Super clean and comfortable and we felt completely at home. And hosts Mark and Mindi helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend

This was a really nice home. Great for our family with two young kids. Communication was excellent and clear. We even forgot to ask about a cot but Darren got one sorted within hours of our arrival.

Although the home is a bit old it is a perfect place for a family to stay for a beach holiday together. The surrounding area and beach are gorgeous. The area is very quiet, and it feels as though you are in a bubble away from the busyness of Byron Bay. The beach at the front of the home is not far to walk to and the home has two cool cabanas to use for shade. Overall, the home has adequate facilities for a family, a few items need repair.

Fantastic property - great for the family to enjoy time together and then spread out to different spaces to enjoy the pool (with a slide the kids loved), kids room with TV or spacious and light bed rooms. Location was great to walk to local shops, restaurants and cafes, easy walk to river to fish or paddle board and stroll to beaches. Min and Ryan were extremely helpful and left out games/toys/books for our kids after checking their ages. A fantastic stay and a lovely property.

We chose this home because the host was happy to accept our pets, in circumstances where we were looking for a family home to gather in. The home was perfect for a family Christmas and we only hope we didn't disappoint as guests.

We had the most wonderful stay at Peter's property. We went for the Bluesfest but found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the serenity of the deck and river. Surrounded by a stunning and private garden, the flat had everything we needed for our 5 day stay, where we self catered breakfast out on the deck each morning and wandered down the road to the local bar, the Salty Mangrove, for lunch and dinner on different days. Our hosts were a fascinating couple who both allowed us privacy and space, while also being great for a chat and local recommendations. Two minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the local shop and bar, you can park your car and spend the weekend exploring the local sights and beaches on foot. We could not recommend this property more highly, what a treasure. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at The Aframe. Perfect location on the river, stroll to the shops and restaurants and so close to the beach. The house is super cute and worked well for a group. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to Byron. Property was beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfy, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Loved the peaceful setting—close enough to town to enjoy the vibe, but far enough to feel like a retreat. Would definitely stay again!
