It was a beautiful stay for a few days, would highly recommend. A lovely location and space. Peaceful and they provided everything we needed. The creek was great too! The kitchen supplies were perfect for what we needed with a pot, pan and induction stove. The projector was also great for watching a movie and the games too. It was really close to some great cafes, and they have a great book of recommendations inside for nearby attractions— genuinely so helpful! A tranquil and serene retreat! 😄

We had a wonderful stay in the cabin. We wanted to spend a few days simply relaxing , surrounded by nature and it was the perfect place for that. Not only was the cabin beautiful, but so was the surroundings. We also really enjoyed the hot tub with its view. Selina was very nice, accommodating, and always responded quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at the Salty cabin. It was a perfect location to explore Byron Bay, yet close enough to enjoy nature and peaceful surroundings, not to mention the beautiful views from the deck and large bedroom window. Thank you for the little extras to make it home. All these little things make a huge difference and made us feel special guests. The bath on the deck was so nice, and the candles provided to really set the ambience in the evening. One night we enjoyed the outdoors and the second we loved the cosy fire and a movie, just perfect! Waking up and having our coffee to the wonderful view and laying out my yoga mat to practice was stunning. Thanks Matt and family. We will definitely recommend.

James' place was amazing, it was a great little getaway, kids loved the horse Sam and the cows Billy and moose. the hot tub was perfect and the view and setting when sitting in it was perfect, would highly recommended this to anyone wanting to get away for a cozy night/weekend away

It was such a special experience to stay here!! A super cute little cabin atop a hill surrounded by lush gum trees and nature- oh the serenity! 🌳✨🌄 My parents built this home and I grew up enjoying this property thoroughly, creating many memories with my family, especially my late father, Gerry. It was a surreal but genuinely wonderful experience to return here to enjoy a stay in the cute little cabin Thea and Justin have built here, and relax with a delicious soak in the magnesium hot tub! ✨ Thea and Justin were so very accommodating, hosting me for a delicious dinner and allowing me to walk through their home, as I reminisced the days I called it home myself. What Thea and Justin have done with the place since it became their family home - is heartwarming to see. It's comforting to know the place I grew up watching my father care for and put his sweat and tears into building, is being looked after and appreciated so greatly by Justin and Thea with the same creative passion. 💚

Benita’s little Cob Cabin was such a find on Airbnb! It was super cosy, amazing outdoor shower and bath and the farm animals were such a great way to wake up! Benita even took us on a little tour around the farm! Benita was super responsive and helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable! Thanks Benita!

Glen and Caroline were extremely friendly hosts who made us feel like family. They genuinely cared and helped us out, when needed. their cabin is beautifully peaceful amongst their back yard garden. We loved our stay. We could hear the beach from the cabin, which was a short walk away. Similarly, great restaurants and bakery were only 200m down the road. Wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a truly lovely and relaxing stay at this beautiful retreat – the perfect escape from the city. Kerry and Barry have created an idyllic place for guests to unwind and reconnect with nature.The property is teeming with wildlife – we spotted wallabies, water hens, ducks, and even caught a 45cm catfish in the lake! The serenity here is incredible. Amy discovered the lake sits at a crisp 20°C after falling in during a paddle-boarding attempt, but fortunately, the 37°C spa was the perfect way to warm up afterwards.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We’re already looking forward to returning and can’t recommend this retreat highly enough!Thank you again, Kerry and Barry! We loved our stay here. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Very close to town and a lovely quiet neighbourhood, which, considering it was the Easter long-weekend was amazing. We would love to come back and stay here again. Thanks so much for having us.

Great place to stay and relax, lovely host. Any detail was taken care of. River is near by to swim.

Wow! What a stunning space Shannon has! Absolutely beautiful location between Bangalow and Byron. We were relaxed from the moment we arrived. The fruit, chocolates and soap on arrival was such a lovely surprise and such a treat. The scenery was so special, waking up around nature and having coffee out the front sitting breathing in fresh air! The bed was very comfortable and it was so nice to have an array of books available to read. We had an amazing weekend away! Thank you Shannon! 💛

Too cute !!! Betty Boop as a caravan was all we needed when it was time to turn in... They say the best room in the house, is NOT in the house... well this whole accommodation is basically a top-end glamping space with a serene view like no other!!! Kookaburras morning and evening... Cheeky young magpies skulking about for a few treats... just heaven !!! We would love to return again and again and again... didnt want to leave, seriously !!!! And please give Charlie a pat for us... the friendliest border collie totally living his best life 🙏🏽🕉❤️

Josh was a lovely host and communication was impeccable. There was some work being done near the property on a fallen tree and Josh kept us informed, it did not impact our stay at all. Very proactive. Good instructions and check in process. The fireplace was set ready for us to light. The space is very private, the perfect space to unwind and unplug for a few days. Think secluded cabin in the woods, however not far from lots of places to explore. The outdoor bath was an amazing place to relax after a day exploring the northern rivers rail trail. Sitting on the deck in the mornings listening to birds sing over coffee was blissful. The large windows have beautiful scenery from each point in the house. The kitchen has a well stocked basic pantry with everything you need for a few days. The bed is huge and so comfortable, you’ll never want to get out! Highly recommend this listing. We will definitely be coming back again and again.

Wow. This place is incredible. I don’t think the photos do it justice. The expansive view from the cabin was fantastic. Swam in the creek a number of times and our pooch loved it as she could roam free! Ps the bed is possibly one of the best beds I’ve experienced in an Airbnb/hotel. Thanks so much for our stay!

My family had an amazing couple of nights at Jacqui’s place! My husband, 2 kids (8yo & 10yo) and I went bushwalking on the Purlingbrook track down to the swimming hole, over to the Tananaba lookout and out to the main road to the Cafe for a bite to eat and a game of pool. Back to the cabin for some board games and a fire before a home-cooked meal in the nicely set up kitchen. It was a lovely little break. We were lucky to have had mostly good weather. We were able to get out and about each day we were there! The last afternoon was a little bit rainy, so we went down to the fudge shop to get a hot coffee and treat for the kids. One random thing- there was an earthy sort of smell in the house when we arrived. It faded as we were there and was unnoticeable when we left…not sure what it was, but it didn’t dampen our time there! Thanks for a lovely little break from the day to day, Jacqui!

Had the pleasure of staying at Rongotai. Such a beautiful cosy place perfect for a getaway weekend for 2 people. Two beautiful decks to choose from to sit around and enjoy the wilderness and the birds. We had the pleasure of meeting their furr babies also. Margie and Rueben were wonderful hosts, the cabin was clean and very comfortable with all amenities plus extras! Would highly recommend close to everything and will certainly go back again. Funky, but comfy peaceful spot, Kerrie was lovely woman, left us alone but was there when needed. Different, unique, not your "laminated" environment. Fairly eco friendly. Very nurturing. Would stay again.

Linda is an awesome person!!! She is 10/10!!! Super friendly and relax!!! The communication was super easy and she gave us the most important tips !!! Robin, her husband was awesome person too!!! Both of them were an incredible person!!! The place was and is magnificent!!!! If you are looking for relax and getaway from city I highly recommend this place!!! In to the bush and listening the birds was incredible experience!!! We can’t wait to ge back there!!! We really enjoyed the time over there and all the places around there!!! What a gorgeous cabin. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, so very peaceful. Greeted by paddy melons, bush turkeys and crimson rosellas during breakfast on the deck. Views all the way to the water. Cosy relaxing by the fireplace on the cooler nights. Greatly appreciated the hosts offering an early check in. We will be back.

Beautiful place to come and relax. We were welcomed so nicely by Benjamin and made to feel totally at home. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough, it was perfect.

The unit is small but adequate, wit a nice outdoor covered verandah. Suvir is extremly nice and hospitable. i would stay there again.
