Barndominium - 10 minutes from Seneca Lake

Welcome to the Barndominium! 4 miles off I-70. This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Greenfield Manor

Enjoy a family vacation, reunion or weekend getaway at this spacious and quiet place! Greenfield Manor is located at the end of a dead end street just outside of town. Can comfortably sleep up to 12 adults but there is plenty of space to set up air mattresses etc. in the basement. There is lots of outdoor yard space, back porch, and a peaceful patio area with a fire ring. Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. Located 5 minutes from Marietta with easy access. Electronic keypad. Please enjoy visiting Roadrunner's Haven.

Songbird Shanty

Awaken to the sounds of nature's symphony, in this quaint little cabin. Bunk beds and a small table are within the cabin. A small fire ring is located in front, along with a chair on the porch. Multiple walking/hiking trails are located on the mostly wooded property. A shared, self-contained toilet is located in a nearby deer blind. *There is another cabin listed as Songbird Shack. We now have electric along with a box fan and floor lamp. Guests must supply their own water.

Step outside to be welcomed with a large hot tub under the ambiance of stringed lights- which are perfect for night time. Come and enjoy the wildlife from the comfort of this Cabin! Located less than ¾ miles to Salt Fork Lake which has 3,000 acres of the most visited lake in Ohio and 22,000 acres of surrounding land for year around activities. Enjoy the outdoors playing golf, boating, fishing, hunting and hiking. Each cabin is nestled in a wooded, private setting.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Valley View Cabin -Salt Fork State Park FIBER WIFI

Valley View Cabin borders Salt Fork State Park on a country gravel park road and is just below Rocky Fork Ranch. Salt Fork lake is a short drive back down the dirt road. Sit and enjoy the birds and deer from the screened in front porch and enjoy no neighbors in view. Clean is our thing! Cabin is best suited for 2 but we can accommodate a small family using a sofa sleeper. New central air for your comfort!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
