Rocking Stone Cottage - Idyllic Rural Retreat

Perfect for two couples or a family an immaculate contemporary cottage in the Peak National Park, a stones throw from Chatsworth. A perfect spot to get away, relax and explore the stunning countryside right from the door. The cottage features beautiful outdoor spaces, a large stone fireplace with woodburning stove, wooden shutters, exposed beams, a fully fitted hand made kitchen, walk in rain showers and romantic roll top bath. BBQ on one of the two terraces or just relax and take in the view.

The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

Situated in the beautiful Peak District just a 5 minute drive (or an hour walk) from the tourist town of Buxton, this large luxury 5 bedroom cottage has unrestricted views of the surrounding countryside and is perfect for a relaxing getaway from everyday life. Built with all the mod cons such as underfloor heating, modern heating systems, fast Wifi Broadband access; with huge lounge, modern kitchen and bathrooms, this is a cosy retreat even in winter. Hot Tub hire available at extra cost.

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

A Buxton Eco-house for Peak District adventures

The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

Cuckoostone Barn - simply stunning!!

Cuckoostone Barn is a stunning property set in the White Peak area of the Peak District. The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. Cuckoostone Barn is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Peak District National Park, with amazing walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, or a place to simply relax and unwind in an idyllic part of the world .

Beautiful Groom's Cottage, Ashford-in-the Water

A beautiful, recently converted barn which was originally the Groom's Cottage. Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.
