This 366 sq. ft. abode is anything but normal. Small & tastefully designed to meet all of your traveling needs. Please note: There is a washer & dryer available for use only between the hours of 11:00 am & 8:00pm. The washer/dryer are located on a shared wall with other guests so the hours of use are strict as to not bother other guests who may be sleeping.

You'll have easy access to 5 Mile Recreation Area, and the many trails of South Rim in Upper Bidwell Park! You'll have your own private space, separate and gated off from the main house. The casita is fully furnished with new stainless steal appliances, Cal King bed, and spacious walk in shower. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed as a second sleeping space.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
