Hiker's Retreat Cabin

Cute cabin for two! Set in the midst of Plumas National Forest, Paxton is very secluded. Walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our own private sand beach. Hiking, swimming and tubing. Close to Lake Almanor, Bucks Lake, the quaint towns of Quincy and Belden, snowshoeing, fishing and many other outdoor activities. We also have a Little Tree Library with books for all ages, or little games to play. Plus, we include many lawn games right here on the historic Paxton Lodge property.

Cozy Boho Cottage

Our little cottage is just right for a couple, or single guest who wants a relaxing space for exploring Chester and surrounding areas. We have a full kitchen. The bathroom & shower is small. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a TV. The living room has a 50 inch TV. The main source of heat is a wood stove (wood is provided) we also have 2 portable heaters. The house is small and only 500 sq ft. It is located in the back, behind another house. Parking area is in front of the cottage.

With 3 br, including 2 king master suites, and 3 full bathrooms, this home ensures comfort and privacy. Near Rec 1 + 2, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, BBQ, bocce, fishing and beach areas with swimming. Plenty of room for outdoor and indoor fun year round with a large lot and home perfect for making memories. The perfect view with a cup of coffee awaits you!

Lake Front Cabin on Lake Almanor with Boat Dock

Upgraded cozy Lake Cabin, with full amenities. 3 bed, 2bath huge deck for BBQ's and on the Lake. This is your perfect get-away to be able to relax and enjoy nature. Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is the place where kids forget about their IPADS and phones. Boat Dock is removed from Nov 1st to April 1st do to winter/snow conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience

Rainbow's End

Enjoy biking, rafting, birding and hiking adventures from the centrally located converted historic motor inn, Rainbow's End. Next to Patties Morning Thunder, Quincy's most popular breakfast restaurant; The Grove Makers Space; blocks from the cinema, Quintopia Brewery; walk to the museum, co-op, coffee, pizza, wine bar, shopping, cinema and pond. Two mile bike ride to the world famous High Sierra Music Festival in July and top notch mountain biking trails.

Meyers Ranch Cabin - Hot Spring - Patio - Farm

Words and pictures don't do this place justice. This beautiful cabin, with pine interior and gorgeous views, has its own lawn and private patio. You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.

The Brewhouse Retreat

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Located in the heart of Chester a small town on the edge of Lake Almanor. Come and enjoy a truly unique experience and stay at the apartment above the future home of Waganupa Brewing. This great space is located in what used to be a local antique store and the whole Airbnb has been designed to flow with the style of the era in which the building was built.

Storybook Suite

We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Oak Knoll

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.
