Our stay was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The listing was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was spotless, which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. Kristine and Joed were very accommodating to all our questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We also enjoyed the free pool access, the balcony and peaceful surroundings. We'll definitely book again the next time!

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The host was very responsive and friendly. The unit felt very homey, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

You need to call a taxi at night. There are minimal nearby restaurants and no local nightlife. To explore, I would suggest taking a taxi/Grab to Makita. The house was perfect.

Everything you might need is provided, from kitchenware and dining essentials to bathroom supplies. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Every bedroom, along with the dining and living areas, is air-conditioned for maximum comfort. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and mamon—such a sweet touch! The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. We’re definitely hoping to return soon, God willing! Thank you! 🥰☺️

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

I appreciate Maria's efforts in accommodating my short stay. The peacefulness of her place matched my preference. The place was also spotless and easy to access. I wish to stay longer the next time I plan on having a relaxing weekend with my friends.

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

Patrick's a great host, he responded quickly to my queries. My family loved the place, just as how it was listed, everything's there! Easy self check in, spacious and aesthetic place, AC's working well. We also cooked in the place and all the utensils are complete. Plus points for the karaoke and ps3 haha. We also enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool. He also let us check in early! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, one of the best places I stayed in a while. Thank you po again, sir Patrick! :)

We really liked the ambiance of the place. Having cooking appliances made our stay more convenient, and the nearby restaurants gave us options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again in the future.

Nice for staying this unit

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
