Just spent 5 nights at Mangrove Manor and it was amazing. After spending a long day on the water it was great to come back to the comforts of such a lovely house, exactly as it appears in the photos. The check in-out was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions and excellant communication from the hosts. Can't wait to stay there again.

This tiny home is exactly what you need if you want to get away, be involved in the tiny home experience, have a little camp fire with a red wine and cold beer! Maybe even turn off socials for a day or two. It is so cosy and easy to find with directions. Situation in the perfect distance from the now busy little surf town with hidden treasures right at your nose. The beautiful collie will say hello and he is such a good boy, the sound of birds and wind blowing through the bush is soothing! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Also shower pressure is to die for!

We have stayed here quite a few times before and hope to come back again. Stunning views and close to Agnes Water town. Nice to enjoy the peace and quiet on the back deck. Highly recommend!

This property was a great choice for our family holiday, offering an amazing view from the deck and convenient short walk to the beach. We had an amazing time visiting Agnes Water and couldn't have asked for a better location.

Would happily rebook and recommend this AirBnB. It was the perfect getaway for us and our newborn to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived and were greeted by the friendly and warmly welcoming Leanne, and checked in to a squeaky clean, organised and sun filled spacious home. It is the upper level of the home, where the owners live downstairs, but you would never know it as the space feels completely private and you hear nothing from them. We enjoyed dinner by candlelight on the deck where we heard only the rustling of palm trees, and woke to a spectacular view of Agnes Bay and enjoyed coffee admiring the waves. The quickest 2 minute drive into town, and we popped in and out to the house throughout the day for breaks with our newborn son, in between enjoying adventures in Agnes and 1770. Clutter free and felt so clean. Loved the comfy bed and the epic wooden furniture!Great big kitchen, which we used to enjoy meals at 'home' - exactly what this place felt like. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Close to beach & shops, clean & well equipped. Quite ‘quirky’ & plenty of extras particularly for kids.
