The house was perfect. up the stairs in the back. 2 bedrooms with extra small room with daybed/trundle and the added sleeper sofa were nice. Our group of 7 all had a place to sleep. pros: location! (neighboring cafe/eatery++), large balcony, clean, house hold supplies present. nice to have 2 bathrooms with 7 females for sure. love the character of this older home. coffee bar was a nice touch. cons: issue with back door closing securely (required a good pull to ensure locked), uncomfortable mattresses 😟, lack of mirrors, no broom?, just FYI single panel windows so noisy (may want to bring sound machine if you're a light sleeper). We enjoyed our stay! and would definitely recommend!

Steven was the ultimate host. Condo was everything he said it was. Very clean. Steven was very responsive to questions and answered quickly. Will definitely look him up again the next time we are visiting Hilton Head.

Great week at the Marina! Retirees, don't even own a boat. Fun experience, must come back. JUST YES Our experience at the apt- Room temps perfect. Bldg regulated to stay between 68-71, blessing, zero to deal with. Info states mgr can be contacted if uncomfortable. How great is that?! Can contact for trash pick up. Bed, bedding, pillows, all exquisite, not exaggerating. Best bed ever. Relaxing colors, decor. Overhead fans, smooth & easy. So quiet can't tell they're on. Lighting excellent, dimmers on many, lamps all where they should be, end tables provided where needed, nice furniture, & a cozy cubby desk area that we used daily. Large bathroom, large shower, fresh clean shower liner, plenty of hot water. Nothing funky or weird, all faucets and overhead smooth, easy. Supplies plentiful, starter waters, few K cups. Silverware, dishes, pots & pans, etc all good quality, easy to find, excellent appliances. Check out newer Harris Teeter nearby, Cypress Wetlands Port Royal more. Thanks Tom

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We loved our stay in East McDonough! My boyfriend and I visited Savannah for a 4 day trip, and the place was incredible! The location is great- about two blocks from a pizza restaurant and just streets away from local trolley stops. Brandon & Chase were proactive in their messages, gave helpful instructions and are lovely hosts. The apartment is very clean! We wanted to stay somewhere with character, and this exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful home within walking distance of river street and Forsyth park. Great host and very easy check in and check out process. Jeremy goes above and beyond expectations as a host.

We so enjoyed our stay at David and Ellen's home in Bluffton. There were 5 of us...my husband and I and our 3 children who are in their early twenties. We all loved the walkablity to Old Town Bluffton and being so close to Squat and Gobble, our favorite breakfast spot!!!! The home was well stocked, clean and neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable and linens abundant. For me, my favorite part of the house was the screened in back porch, we could open the back door and enjoy the beautiful trees and sounds of nature in the back yard. It is a great spot for a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. All in all it is one of our my family's favorite places we have stayed in Bluffton over the past 5 years.

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

The Jingle Bell Square House was a pleasure to stay in- we only wished we had booked a longer vacation! It is in easy walking distance to most of the sites in the historic district, yet is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. The house itself is charming and comfortable, well equipped and spotless. The back porch and garden were a bonus- a great place to relax with morning coffee or an afternoon drink. All in all, a great place to stay. We hope to come back!

we truly enjoyed our time at Brandon and Tiffany's place we we're visiting family so didn't take advantage of the nice downtown area of bluffton as host they were very responsive and agreeable to any questions or request will recommend to other family and friends and would definitely stay there again thanks again Tiffany and Brandon enjoy your hot summer ☀️

We loved staying at Bill’s place for two nights! It was the perfect spot for us to stay and get some rest on a weeklong trip of exploring the East Coast. We had all the amenities we could’ve asked for and it was a very comfortable and peaceful environment. We would recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Great house! more room than expected. extra beds were a pleasant surprise.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed. The bird nature walk is nearby. We enjoyed visiting with the local people on our walks around town and in the restaurants. Tetia was great to work with and very helpful. We are hoping to stay there again when we come back in late summer.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Stay as described and all the extra things as well like beach wagon etc. We loved our stay and the condo. Thank you.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Steve and Jenna’s! We found it to be very clean, great use of space, great location (in the building with the pool/hot tub with easy interior stair access). The boardwalk was a nice way to access the beach and the shuttle was handy for days our crew wasn’t up for the walk. It was great to have access to the beach wagon/equipment as well. We got to try a number of the restaurant recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed them. They were responsive/proactive in messaging. Thanks y’all!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

Great spot, about as close to the sand as you can get on HHI. View of ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Pool, bike rentals, beach bar / lunch spot, and dinner/bar spot all easily walkable within the complex. The space was clean and comfy, perfect for relaxing and watching tv after a nice beach day.

We had the best spring break with our young kids! The indoor pool and access to tennis and pickle ball made all the difference in our week at the beach. Even the walk to the beach the kids were able to enjoy while riding their scooters. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

We had a wonderful stay at Kacie’s. It was a great place to be for a few days…close to the beach, safe, quiet, and clean. Kacie was extremely responsive, and we appreciated the ease of check in/out, using WiFi, and viewing her recommendations! Would stay there again!
