amazing place, couldn't ask for a better location, host and facilities

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

We booked three nights at the Pool House and it was amazing. We were greeted by Clare upon arrival and she gave us a lovely tour of the accommodation. The accommodation has a lovely kitchen and a beautiful area to relax upstairs. The bedroom is spacious with amazing views of the village. Finally the pool area was great to relax around during the day. The accommodation is roughly a 10 min drive to Sidmouth and 20 min to Beer and other beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend the Pool House and we can't wait to visit again!

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property in a lovely scenic country setting, but being only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great indoor pool and a lovely garden. Property a lovely mix of old world country cottage, but with all the mod cons needed for everyday life. Everyone loved the holiday, from young to old and enjoyed watching tv together with a real fire on chilly evenings. Loved Uplyme and Lyme Regis.

We had the most amazing stay at Hill MIll. The house stands in the most beautiful grounds and is the most peaceful and calm setting we've ever stayed in. When we first arrived we just stood outside admiring the surroundings for almost 20 minutes before we even stepped inside. We had everything we needed and more. Our grandsons ages 2, 4, 5, 12, & 13 loved it. The natural swimming pond was so refreshing for a morning dip it certainly woke us all up!! You could walk directly from the house into Branscombe and on route stop for a drink at the Masons Arms (a beautiful pub) and then continue to join the coastal path to Beer. We would love to return and bring some other friends with us as we haven't stopped talking about it since we got back. Thank you Ian for being such a responsive and helpful host. This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Organised a stag do here for 13 of us, everyone loved it. The House was great, had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to leave the site for activities. We were lucky with the weather so basically stayed by the pool and jacuzzi all weekend and enjoyed the great views the property had to offer. Paul was a great host who was very helpful and was there to answer any questions straight away. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The house was our home for a few days celebrating a 70th birthday. The glorious weather helped but the garden spaces with toys and sports equipment provided was great for young and old. Add in the hot tub, bbq and the ample fire pit for the cool evenings and everyone was happy. The house was spacious for 15 of us, with everything provided to cook up a storm and a games room offering a bit of friendly competition when it was needed. We had a great time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely house in a great location. Watchet is a friendly and interesting little town. Parking in a nearby car park was straightforward. Communications from the hosts were friendly - and the instructions were clear, comprehensive and unfussy.

very clean little house in a very quiet area. a bit far from town center however. Sue and Lee were very accommodating when I wanted to book an extra night and gave me a very good discount also. We had absolutely no issues (apart from the neighbour who decided to start his lawnmower at 9am every morning). Apart from that, we enjoyed a very nice stay :)

This is a lovely property with a huge amount of outdoor garden space. It has everything you need and is very close to Exeter City centre at the same time - you can get Deliveroo etc but you are essentially in the countryside overlooking lovely fields. Also great for M5 stop off. Gary kindly had lots of toys and books in the property for out two year old, a travel cot, high chair (etc). There's a spiral staircase so just be aware in terms of mobility and keeping an eye on the little ones! The hot tub was amazing.

Tony's place was perfect for my weeks stay in the area. Very good host and seem very friendly. So far it's been the best Airbnb I've used. Will most definitely stay again when in the area. thanks for a perfect little house on the corner

Lovely stay at Helen's place. Clean and tidy with good amenities. Helen was really proactive in contacting us and was super friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. clear instructions for checking in were provided along with some useful guidance on the area. House was spacious and provided a very comfortable stay for a family of five. Very close to he marina for a lovely stroll, bars, restaurants and shops.

Very pleasant place fitted out sensitively to an old style. Bedrooms and shower were excellent. Close to pubs and shops but far enough away they are not a bother. Parking is on the road where you can find it but we didn't have any problems.

Very clean, bright space with everything we needed. Great communication from hosts.

Beautiful property in the centre of Castle Combe. We enjoyed some beautiful walks in the local area, and relaxed in the hot tub in the evening. Marlit was very helpful and responsive! Thank you!

Roz’s home was pristine. Great amenities, great location and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Working from home was also super convenient with very fast internet. Would recommend.

We were in Dorset for a large extended family get-together in a nearby village. Our own family group consisted of 6 adults and 3 children between 4 and 7 yrs old. The house is very light, bright and spacious and everyone could find space to escape the others when required! The kitchen was very well equipped. We had beautiful weather and were able to choose from several outdoor sitting areas - you can follow the sun around. There was plenty of room for parking. The children loved playing out in the extensive garden. The area generally is beautiful - very quiet at night. If you are looking for somewhere for a relaxing family holiday, I would recommend.

Home away from home it suited our family thank you for the warm welcome it was just what we needed!
