This place was great! It was my first time coming back to college station after graduating a bit under a year ago, and Allison’s place was a great stay for this trip. The place is beautiful, and clean.

We didn’t get to use all the amenities, but the place had everything we would have needed. We were there for a short time to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We enjoyed our stay there and would come back. Host was very responsive.

The 1st Down Casita was perfect for our needs. it was conveniently located to Texas A&M and Kyle Field. We loved the Aggie decor and the back yard with a fire pit.

Great place and location. Spotless, everything worked. Tons of amenities and extras. Great hosts, great apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and very clean Airbnb. The communication and location were great as well. Downstairs neighbors were a little noisy but that is just apartments. We didn’t mind.

The place was nice, clean, and comfortably slept 5 people. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. The host was communicative and responded quickly. I would recommend this place for those looking to stay in College Station. Easy drive to Texas A&M University.

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! Our group was in town for Chilifest and the location of the house was perfect. The house was so clean, and everything was in perfect condition. The attention to detail was immaculate, from the makeup wipes in the bathroom to the filtered water in the fridge, it was perfect. 100000/10. Highly recommend. We will definitely be staying with Kristina again!

The location of the house was unfortunate due to it being next to a popular road where everyone has loud cars with loud music. One of the TVs in the bedroom doesn’t work but that was fine. Everything else was great. One of the only airbnbs I’ve been in where the beds were actually quality with duvets as the comforter! Also has fun games to play including Ping Pong in the garage. Great location in regards to everything there is to do in college station

This place was perfect for our stay in College Station. It was convenient to our activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed having a separate bathroom for e ach bedroom. Everything was as described, and the place was very clean and comfortable.

My kids, fur-baby, and I found this home to be the perfect place for our stay. It was close to so many amenities, the neighbors were friendly, and home was exactly the right size and location to meet all of our needs. Thank you!

Beautiful place. It was just as described. There were 7 of us and even though the house is small, it’s perfectly designed and having 3 bathrooms was so helpful. I love that it has everything you need like a hotel stay-even shampoo, conditioner and lotion. This was a great stay for us!

We were in town for a softball tournament and even tho it got cancelled after making a 5.5 hour drive we still felt right at home. Very lovely place. Super cozy. Patricia was very responsive and super kind. Would definitely be looking into booking here again next time we are in town.

Sharon was a delight! she was very responsive & helpful. Her place was stunning and the mostclean airbnb I have ever stayed in. This is definitely the place to stay in College Station!

Aileen was very responsive and our stay at her place was very pleasant. The directions to get there and to enter were clear, so we had no problems on arrival. It was clean, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked Keurig cups so we didn’t have to worry about where we would get our morning coffee :) It was in a convenient location, close to campus. We would stay here again if available for our next visit.

Chris was a great host. He commumicated often and was responsive to questions.

The condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and close to campus. The complex is kind of "meh", but Caitlin's condo was fantastic!

If you are looking for a super updated place with lots of amenities, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you’re looking for a clean space in a super convenient location with a very responsive host then this place is great!

The place is very cozy and impeccably clean. The airbnb is also close to campus! The host, Caitlin was very responsive and gave helpful instructions for checking in and check out. Would come back again!
