Howdy! Welcome to our Historic District game day guesthouse. We are conveniently located just blocks from Texas A&M's campus! Olsen Field and Kyle Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! Peaceful yet centrally-located 1 bedroom 1 bathroom barndominium just 5 miles from Kyle Field. The barn apartment is approx 600 sq ft. within a 60x30 insulated metal building. Perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting town for campus related events. The barn is located on the back of our 3 acre property. Our home is roughly 100 yards from the barn, and there is an RV with full time occupants on the other side of the barn.
