На второ ниво се намират две спални , TV,две бани с тоалетни, климатици във всяка стая и тераса. На трето ниво – една спалня, хол с място за спане със санитарен възел, TV, два климатика и две тераси. Вилата разполага и със самостоятелен прохладен двор, удобен за барбекю и почивка. Вилата има едно паркомясто и Wi-Fi. С предварителна уговорка може да се осигури трансфер до летището, което е на 40 км от Созопол срещу заплащане.
