Welcome to our modern (photo) studio in a wooded area! Here you can enjoy nature, while still being close to all the conveniences of the city. With beautiful walking + cycling paths from home, shops and restaurants a short distance away. You can park for free at the train station and then have a good, fast train connection to Utrecht, Amsterdam and Amersfoort, European city 2023. Parents + baby are welcome. Bookable from 1 night, except at Christmas, when only 3 consecutive nights are permitted.

Ingebed in de groene weilanden. Een mooie gelegenheid om dit middeleeuwse landschap te verkennen (wandelen / fietsen)

In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

B&B Wellness 'De Bourgondische Lelie'

Onze B&B is voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten zoals bijvoorbeeld een moderne keuken, Philips hue verlichting, smart TV en Quooker. De gezellige veranda is compleet met een luxe jacuzzi en houtkachel. De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

Centrally located in the Netherlands: 20 min bus to Utrecht. Less then 45 car minutes from Amsterdam.

Guesthouse aan privé tennisbaan, bij natuurgebied.

We hebben achter op ons terrein, 50 meter achter ons huis en onze privé tennisbaan, een vrijstaand guesthouse. Perfecte locatie voor bezoek aan Utrecht en Amsterdam (10 en 40 minuten met de trein, en het station is op loopafstand). Ook ideaal voor fiets en wandeltochten want we zitten aan het Nationaal Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. De huur is incl. max. 2 uur (per dag) gebruik van onze tennisbaan. Van te voren even aangeven als je wil tennissen. Fietsen kun je hier veilig stallen.

Koetshuis ‘t Bolletje

Koetshuis ’t Bolletje is een sfeervol, vrijstaand verblijf op het opengestelde NSW-landgoed De Bol op Redichem, onderdeel van het 17e-eeuwse wandelpark ’t Rondeel. Het verblijf draagt bij aan de instandhouding en het beheer van het natuurschoon, en is beschikbaar als tijdelijke accommodatie voor wandelaars en natuurliefhebbers. Gasten kunnen het opengestelde deel van het landgoed verkennen. Basisvoorzieningen zijn aanwezig, in harmonie met rust, historie en natuurlijke omgeving.

Het recent verbouwde "Gastenverblijf De Hucht " is een heerlijke plek om echt te onthaasten....met een grote veranda en ruim zicht op de tuin. Om lekker te ontspannen is er ook een privé wellness. Door de ligging veel privacy. Tevens kun je zelf in de steenoven je eigen pizza bakken!! "Gastenverblijf De Hucht" zelf is 87m2 groot en voorzien van alle nodige luxe. Er is een woon-eetgedeelte met tv en complete keuken. Verder 3 sfeervolle slaapkamers en een aparte badkamer met toilet.

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Houten bosvilla met sauna

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. Villa-Vida is ontworpen en gebouwd in 2020. In het ontwerp is rekening gehouden met een echte bosbeleving. Door je te begeven in de luxe zitarena, zittend in een grote lederen bank kun je genieten van het mooie bos, de verschillende boskleuren en ontzettend veel verschillende vogelgeluiden. In de schemer spot je regelmatig reetjes, hertjes, konijntjes en soms een vos.

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.
