Where to begin…from the moment my sister and our spouses selected this house for our meet in the middle of our states visit Brandon was quick to reach out and ensure everything was perfect for our visit! The location is perfect…right on the river and walkable to restaurants, winery, and shops. The house had so many fun extra’s that we really enjoyed! The plethora of games, record player/great albums, foosball, putting green and much more. We stayed up late playing records. Outside was a beautiful deck with a great view of the river, lots of seating and a fire pit with wood/lighter fluid to start a fire quickly. We had the best time just sitting around the fire and enjoying the river and the beautiful evening. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The house was super cute/cozy with comfy beds. We loved that we had several choices for dining just a short walk away. The bike trail behind house was great! We love the house, hospitality and town. We will return!

This places was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and comfortable, had what we needed. We were there on a Friday night…be warned it can get a little noisy outside so if that bothers you, then staying on a fairly busy street with lots of businesses probably isn’t for you. We weren’t bothered at all. Lots of great stores and restaurants on the same stretch of road. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Stay In A Piece Of History

Had a wonderful time in downtown Grafton for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The house is in a great location for walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, bars, shops and more. It was nice to not have to drive anywhere after celebrating her birthday! We will definitely be back!

I would strongly recommend staying at this home. It is exactly like the pictures and a very comfortable place to be. The three bedrooms are large and the kitchen is a wonderful place to cook and gather.

We absolutely ADORED our stay at Tony’s! We felt safe, and LOVED how close his place was to everything, without being right in the middle of it all. The beds were comfy, and everything was STOCKED! We look forward to staying again!

Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone. There are a couple of restaurants that are walking distance from the house. Wi-Fi was great. Highly recommend.

It was so nice to get away and relax for the night at the cottage! It was so peaceful! Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, soft sheets, and he provided a binder of local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. My son enjoyed fishing off the deck. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. Everything was good. Wish they had cleaning supplies like a broom or swiffer. Wish they had a washer and dryer especially with kids and pets. Other than that everything was great.
