Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. It has 2 queen beds, a spacious & warm living area, with a kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. Escape the stresses of the modern world & enjoy the view over the pond. Lavender Lodge is a charming home nestled in the tranquil country town of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, NSW, set in a peaceful and private setting on an acre of lawn, stunning trees and a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kangaroos and fruit trees will be your only distraction during your stay. The house offers fully ducted air conditioning for Summer cooling and Winter heating plus a fire place. Coffee shops, restaurants and markets are only a 5 minute drive away.

Your perfect base to explore beautiful Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. Completely private, located at one end of our home is “Haven”, your very own guest suite. You'll enjoy having your own access, stylish decor and little extras! Comprising of one or two bedrooms (please confirm one or two rooms at booking) and spacious ensuite bathroom: perfect for the solo traveller, couples, or friends. Comfortable queen size beds, small sitting area with garden views, spacious shower, and spa bath.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette (please note: no oven, but have a small stove), comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

Welcome to your blissful getaway! This beautifully designed picture-perfect cottage is nestled in the heart of Sutton Forest, the ideal fit for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy the heated floors and an Internal fire at the press of a button. Firepit outside awaits, sizzle a steak or toast marshmallows under the stars. Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

"Like a luxury tree house" - walk to village/Park

Leafy location just one kilometer from the heart of the village and just under two to the main entrance to Morton National Park. The property has been ftted out with quality furniture and a well equipped kitchen together with Sleeping Duck mattresses and fine bed linen. Ducted hot & cool air and a wood stove will keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter. There is also a good sized deck off the living area and large pet friendly garden with patio and fire pit.

The Shack at Bimbimbi is well appointed, private, and is situated on 5 acres, 40 meters from the main house separated by gardens. There is a box fire and heating for chilly nights. A great getaway, close to walks in Morton National Park, Bundanoon, Exeter Village and a short drive to Moss Vale and Bowral. The Lazy Duck, Bundanoon

The Lazy Duck is just 300m walk from the center of town yet has a feeling of being on top of the world. Stunning views over the Morton National Park from one of the highest points in town. Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.
