Kevin built our barn a while back. Airbnb didn't exist and we were excited to be starting a goat dairy. Now the kitchen sits where we used to milk our sweet goats by hand! Kevin, a woodworker has created a work of art. We are happy to offer our guests a vacation space located in the heart of the mountains, 30 minutes from Asheville. 28 acres offer trails for hiking, disc golf, swimming in the pond, and decompress from your life's stress. Eli Reeves Cabin at Hobbyknob farm

This two story log cabin was originally built in 1820 by Eli Reeves, an Indiana furniture maker. In the fall of 2015 it was moved log by log to our farm and was restored to feel like you stepped back in time but with very special touches. If these logs could talk! The first word most guests say is "wow" and we worked hard to earn that. We set out to create something special that would stand out to share with guests. Come experience this piece of history and make some memories of your own.

Set along a trickling creek with a bonfire ring and a view of nearby Watch Knob, this is "glamping" at its finest. RhodoDen provides an idyllic place to relax, and is a great basecamp for hiking adventures, dining and nightlife in Asheville and Black Mountain, both of which are only 15 minutes away.
