Jessie's place was amazing and much more than we expected. My family of 15 stayed here for a week long Christmas holiday. We couldn't have asked for a better home to better host. The house accommodated us all extremely well, including three dogs (two of which were large surprises)and Jessie was not only proactive, but incredibly understanding of the mishaps and questions that come about when that many people are housed in one space for that long. We even cooked a large Christmas dinner in the fully and well stocked kitchen. The house felt secluded and it was great for late night fires. It even has a large fenced yard space for dogs. Even though it felt like a private retreat, we were close (5-15 minute drive, depending) to all that Asheville has to offer....restaurants, shops, breweries, hiking trails, etc. And if we got bored with any of that, the board games are well stocked and we were able to stream/watch just about anything on the multiple TVs . This place is now in our top 3!

We loved our stay! I wish we had more time, my family didn’t want to leave! I am a planner and big packer when going to stay in a home, assuming that it will not be fully stocked with everything we’ll need…let me tell you, this house has EVERYTHING!! It was wonderful! Coffee, cream and sugar! Yes please! Spices! No problem!! Hairdryer, iron, cleaner, soaps, lotions, laundry, closets and pantries full of everything you’ll ever need! My cautious daughter was even pleased to see a first aid kit and bandaids. Really, it felt like home, we needed for nothing! Just such a thoughtful place to stay. Thank you for all the effort. It was much appreciated!! Can’t wait to come back!

Virginia & Don were amazing hosts and had the space appointed with so many nice extra touches. It was squeaky clean & comfortable; in a great location for visits to Montreat and Black Mountain. Decorated for the holidays and super cozy and inviting. I would have stayed longer if I could and will definitely be back. One of my best experiences with Airbnb. Thanks for making such a warm and comfortable space available.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this gem of a getaway—it is just outside of Asheville and in the beautiful surrounding countryside. There’s plenty to do being so close to such a cool city, but the peacefulness of the house itself makes it hard to leave! Our stay at Morris Farm Trail was incredible!! Cheryl was super helpful in letting us a book an extra night last minute which was a life saver for our family. The 3br house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and perfectly situated a few miles south of downtown Weaverville and a short drive to Asheville. The house had everything we needed and even had a loaf of bread, eggs, butter and honey from their farm for us at check-in! Our kids loved seeing the chickens, goats, and dogs everyday in addition to roasting marshmallows in the fire pit (that Steve set up everyday!) with the blue ridge mountains in the background. This was our best experience on AirBnB and was truly due to Cheryl & Steve giving us the warmest welcome and allowing us to share their slice of heaven. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough as I would give them more stars if I could!

I had the pleasure of staying here for one month, and I can truly say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. The photos online simply don't do it justice — in reality, the place is even more stunning and magical. From the moment you wake up, you are greeted by the most breathtaking views of the forest, fresh mountain air, and the peaceful songs of birds. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you might need, whether for a short stay or a long-term visit. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with mattresses that guarantee a restful night's sleep. The fresh air, the serene views from the balconies, and the overall tranquility of the place create a truly unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation — and yet, it's only about 10–15 minutes away from downtown Asheville! The hosts are amazing — kind, responsive, and welcoming. I’m grateful for my stay and would highly recommend this peaceful retreat!

We had a wonderful stay here with our 3 pups for the weekend, such an ideal location close to everything downtown, hiking, and the arts district and so much more! Their home makes you feel right at home plus a basket of stuff for the pups was a wonderful touch! Hope to be back soon!

We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

My stay was perfect and Ar went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again when in the area.

Lynn’s spot was beautiful! Great view. Short drive to downtown Asheville. She was very kind and responsive and even had pumpkin muffins for us. Would stay again!

What a great place! Perfect for a weekend getaway! So close to all the hustle and bustle of downtown, but just far enough where it’s still peaceful!

This is a very private apartment a bit out in the country north of Asheville (10-15 minute drive). The apartment is new, very clean, and nicely furnished--it faces the large wooded backyard and has a porch to sit out and enjoy the quiet, birds, etc. Bet and her husband were most accommodating and provided good breakfast food.

Diane and Dan's B&B was truly a delight, and so were they. Very hospitable, friendly, and accommodating. The B&B was super clean, cozy, and the sun dining room was a perfect place for breakfast. Overall, a great place for a quick weekend getaway or longer stay.

Erica and Jim are so thoughtful and amazing innkeepers! Their attention to detail was noticable at every turn, right down to the fresh baked cookie every evening! Breakfast was delicious both days! My mom is vegan/gluten free and they where delighted to make a similar dish for her while still accommodating her dietary needs, plus it tasted amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here!! 5 stars *****

We absolutely loved our stay with Kathleen and her family on their farm. We were so impressed with how important to Kathleen it was that we have an incredible stay. We felt like we booked the finest place in all of North Carolina because she treated us like prized guests every step of the way. The stay included breakfast, which exceeded our expectations in every way. I would rival Kathleen’s dishes with any of the finest bed and breakfasts in the South. It was some of the best food we have had, and we are still raving about it even days later. The room was cute and comfortable. We felt like we were in a little French cottage, which perfectly complimented our experience since we also visited the Biltmore while we were in town. It truly felt like the gilded age at every corner. We enjoyed the animals on the farm. The big dog that watches over the other animals was the sweetest. The goats surrounded us with love. We even got to see newborn piglets and got to hold them. We will be back!

A paradise for those who love the woods like us. So quiet you could hear gentle breezes blowing through the trees. Cottage was clean and spacious inside. Nice side porch to sit on in the early evening. Ruth and Stephen were very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to another stay.

We had such an incredible stay here! The location was great and very close to the Biltmore (where we were visiting). The complimentary breakfast was amazing! We really felt at home here and can’t wait to visit again!

Jim and Erica's beautiful b&b far exceeded my expectations! From the dog welcome basket, walkable location to everything downtown/South Slope, homemade cookies and dog treats each night, and the incredible vegan breakfast every morning (I did not ask them to accommodate my diet, they already had all the fixings to make a filling meal would never know was vegan!). they were so easy to communicate with and gave me great recommendations for restaurants and hikes. The room was clean and large, and very accommodating for my furry friend! I can't wait return to Asheville and will be dreaming of this warm, fresh cookies for a long time! 10/10 recommend!

Wow!! This was such an incredible stay! Diane and Dan are the epitome of what hospitality should be. Our room was amazing, with high quality linens and amenities. There are fresh cookies readily available and the breakfast is heavenly. The location is amazing, tucked away in a beautiful historical neighborhood while still being just a couple of minutes from all that downtown Asheville has to offer. From now on, when we go to Asheville, this is where we will stay! Thank you Dan and Diane for the wonderful experience!!

Wonderful stay at Chuck and Becky's Inn. Incredible, delicious breakfast, great tips on the area, nice touches such as roses in the room, snacks and water, tea in dining room all day. Kind, interesting hosts with a breakfast room that encourages getting to know fellow travelers.
