This is our 3rd year coming to Brenda’s. We always like coming here to connect as a family. Mo and Brenda ate great hosts, always checking with our needs.

Wow! Talk about a fantastic place! Melody's place was very peaceful, quiet, and had a everything we wanted! There were a total of 6 of us staying and each bedroom was a good size, but the common areas were huge! The pictures do not do it justice! Melody was very responsive to my questions and provided some great local restaurants. Max the dog was awesome! He was there to greet us, hung out with us when we were outside, and even went on a little run with me! If you're looking for some peace and quiet, look no further!

I could not have been happier with this location. The interior was almost like a human doll house. My friends and I had a great time roasting marshmallows over the fire, swinging as high as we could on the tire swing, and saying hello to the livestock guardian dog. We even had a bear sighting! Not to mention the responsive host, Jana, helping us with any questions we had. This all made my 23rd birthday super special.

Jayne sent me timely updates with very specific directions on how to check in. The only time i saw her was as i pulled up, she was tending the garden, which is beautiful. The cottage is very charming and my dogs were totally comfortable the whole time. Its 5 minutes from town and just a couple minutes from the highway to Asheville which is less than 15 minutes away. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a great meal. Super comfy couch and bed. There are many different ways to regulate the temperature you want in both spaces with ceiling fans to keep the air well circulated. The back yard is fenced and spacious and the dogs liked it as well. I would highly recomend it and Jayne and Stan are good folks. I look forward to staying there again in the future. I give the whole experience 6 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

My husband and I got married here 5/10/25. Originally we planned to get married in October and had to reschedule due to the storm. It was an easy switch and the property is beautiful. There is a garden, the creek and bridge are lovely. The barn was a great space for my small wedding. We had an amazing time and so did my friends and family. Brenda and Mo are accommodating and friendly. I would recommend low key or small weddings here 👍 Jack Jack made us laugh alot. Thanks for sharing the space with us for our special day!

We truly loved our visit to Asheville and having the opportunity to stay at this charming AirBnB. Celeste was always responsive, and we were excited to have such a unique place to stay with a lovely view and the woods just behind us. We know the hosts have been working hard over the last two months after the hurricane, and we were grateful they were able to open up this spot for a cozy stay while we were there to visit our son over the Thanksgiving break. We hope to stay here again in the future.

– Absolute Perfection This stay was everything we hoped for and more. The property is truly an oasis—peaceful, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. The mountain views are absolutely stunning, and getting to wake up and see goats, alpacas, and cows roaming around added such a magical, peaceful vibe. The home itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. Everything we could have needed during our stay was thoughtfully provided. It’s clear the hosts really care about the guest experience. Cozy and comfortable in every way—and honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person. It’s also just a quick, easy drive into downtown Asheville, so you get the best of both worlds: nature and convenience. We also loved that it was pet-friendly (with just a small fee), which made our trip even more special. Highly recommend—this place is a gem and 100% money well spent

We had an incredible stay at the barn. It was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. It was so peaceful and calm and Melissa thought of every little detail. The plants were stunning and the place even smelled wonderful. All of the products used were very high quality and sustainable and if you’re wondering where to get all of the cool stuff, you can find it in Melissa’s shop downtown! It was also really neat to see the working farm and greenhouse right outside our doorstep. Although there were people working on the grounds, you would never know. The barn felt very private. We would love to go back someday!

Insanely amazing stay!! So peaceful and calm to be surrounded by such beautiful nature and animals all around you. Waking up to the cows was an amazing sight and great way to start the day. The hosts themselves were so friendly and helpful with all the recommendations, this place is worth it 110% I can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved staying in this house - it was so cozy and charming, the fireplace kept us warm, it was a quiet location, super clean. The kitchen had everything and more. Lots of extra linens and towels. And we were pleasantly surprised to find a cabinet full of kids toys, books, and games that our little one was so thrilled about. Perfect spot for a family getaway.

Very Peaceful area. As we learned more about the surroundings the more comfortable we felt. The whole area has a variety of things to do & the people are welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Amber!

This place is so beautiful and well taken care of. You can tell the hosts have curated the space and the yard with care and hard work. It has everything you need, plus many extras. We really appreciated the very clean hot tub, filtered water in the kitchen, and good coffee provided. Dani was very responsive and helpful. The location is amazing, so easy to get to downtown and a very pretty road to drive on.

This place is heaven on earth. So idyllic, quiet, lots of hiking. The house itself is cozy and well stocked. Kevin and Linda are wonderful hosts.

The Loft is located on a beautiful organic farm on the Ivy River. So peaceful! The hosts responded immediately and made sure we got in with no problems the first night. It is a spacious open floor plan with a large deck. The well equipped kitchen has lovely cabinetry and lighting. It is nicely decorated with several big and comfy leather couches and chairs. Highly recommend by my daughter and her family who stayed there.
