Great place for a staycation. Perfect for the summer months as the pool is still warm even at around 9pm mla. The place is fully air conditioned so you wont feel the heat when inside.

Cute and minimalist unit located right in the heart of the metro—close to hospitals, malls, and essential spots. The community is peaceful and welcoming. The host was very kind and accommodating; she patiently waited for us to check in even though we arrived very late at 1 AM. We truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommended!

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

Balai Pandi was an excellent place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the house and yards including the pool are immaculate, I highly recommend it especially for the hotter months as having the pool right there was fantastic. Anyone with a large family or group will defiantly love it, and the Caretaker was extremely helpful when needed. I will defiantly be staying there again some day.

This was our third stay at Kirei House Bulacan, and once again, it was perfect for our family of four. The location is incredibly convenient—close to our family and just a short trip to SM for any grocery needs. We love the Japanese-inspired design—minimalist, clean, and free of clutter. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the added touch of books and games made our stay even more enjoyable. Kirei House continues to be a fantastic place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Bulacan. Looking forward to our next visit!

Huge space, lots to do, when you’re in the pool while listening to music it’s party vibe/feels because of the pool’s lighting, the sound of water falls in the pool is relaxing, our children and their cousins had so much fun, they all slept over at the huge loft type room with big beds. Will book this place again

We had an amazing stay with the family! The property is incredibly pet-friendly and also great for seniors, which made it perfect for all of us. The caretaker was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The layout is ideal for families, with two bedrooms—one upstairs and the second downstairs, making it very convenient for families with seniors. The upstairs bedroom also has a smart TV, which was a great added touch. The location is also fantastic, close to the market and a convenience store. We loved the amenities, especially the pool, karaoke, and Netflix. The WiFi was fast, which was a nice bonus! A special thank you for the complimentary cake—it was such a thoughtful touch and really made our stay even more memorable. The only downside was that there’s only one bathroom, but aside from that, everything we needed was available. Highly recommended for families and friends! Would definitely stay again.

My son enjoyed a lot spending his birthday at Casa Oxciano. Place is perfect for family staycation and bonding as well as pool parties!

Super ganda ng place! 😍 yung pool area dn malaki pdeng pde tlg sa big groups! Pde dn magevent tapos yung lahat ng ilaw hanggang unaga bukas lahat kaya super ganda sa mga pics nmin!! ☺️ pati mga staff ang babait!! Madali din kausap lahat ng ngaccomodate samin dyo sa airbnb and sa venue mismo. Yung papasok na kalsada lang masikip pero me parking area nmn pro super worth the price! ♥️

We stayed in Marc’s place for 3 days and 2 nights to celebrate Papa’s 70th and Kuya’s 40th birthday, and it is nothing short of fantastic. The private villa is easily accessible through Waze and offers seamless check in and check out procedure. We are at awe with the villa’s practical and well-thought-out design, both aesthetic and functional. The curated greenery gives a lovely and relaxing contrast to the modern styled rooms. Even if you will prepare a feast, the villa’s kitchen is equipped with all the things you need. During our travel back home, the kids keep saying how they enjoyed their time in the pool. I personally liked using the videoke and how our ‘lovely’ voices were contained within the soundproof glass walls. Marc is a responsive host and always ready to assist us on our needs. He made sure to make our stay pleasant, enjoyable and memorable for the whole family. Thank you, again, Marc! We will definitely go back and book Hiraya Villa PH again. 5 stars indeed!

I stumbled upon this airbnb 2 days before our check-in and it did not dissapoint! The place looked exactly how the pictures were. It's my most favorite one so far among all the places I've been to in the past. The kitchen/living room was clean & pretty. All the rooms were already cold when we arrived. We all enjoyed our stay & is definitely thinking about coming back again with more people. My favorite parts overall are the kitchen/living area, cooler outside with bottle opener (hehe), automated gates, and spacious rooms! We can't wait to come back! Very responsive host and very hands on. One chat or call away lang. pet-friendly location. Super na-enjoy namin ng friends yung christmas party namin because of the place. Sobrang luwag for the games, then we were well rested kasi enough space for sleeping and airconditioned lahat - rooms and living room.

Riverflow in Tanay is a hidden gem for campers seeking privacy and nature. It’s a very exclusive spot—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery with a swimmable river just steps away. Nights are magical with clear skies and the sound of the river as your background music. One of the best parts? The Toilet and Bath are clean and well-maintained—a rare find in remote campsites. Important note: You’ll need a high-clearance vehicle (ideally a 4x4) to get there. The road includes 5 to 6 river crossings, which adds a bit of adventure to the trip, but low cars won’t make it. Overall, Riverflow is perfect for those who want to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful, nature-filled escape—away from the usual crowds.

Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.

We booked the place a day before our stay and it was really worth it. This resort made our family vacation more relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely go back here and recommend to all of our friends.
