We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for an extended family holiday (6 adults and 1 toddler), with plenty of space and an amazing outdoor area with stunning views. The cot and high chair provided for our toddler were of very good quality (including a thick comfortable mattress in the cot). We would recommend you have a car if staying here, as it is a great base to see many of the sights of Montenegro. Marijana was a brilliant host and her communication with us was excellent, even arranging clean towels and linen during our stay. Thank you for hosting our holiday!

Tanja’s place is extremely lovely. The main balcony is huge with direct views over Budva, Old Town, and the bay out to the island of Hawaii. 2 of the bedrooms have their own balcony, with a 3rd having a back entrance stairway that leads down towards Old Town and Mogren Beach. Be aware that Budva is an extremely hilly place and Tanja’s place is up from the beach front. We could walk to Old Town in 10 minutes and Mogren Beach in under 15mins, but the stairs are plenty and steep. There is an alternative route along the road which takes a little longer to avoid the stairs if need be. The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can cook your own meals. The shower is always hot and ready to go, with good pressure. The washing machine works very well, with 2 clothes racks to dry. The beds are comfy, the pillows are firm. Tanja’s was a very responsive host and check-in was seamless with clear details. All in all a very lovely experience and highly recommend to anyone visiting Budva.

Kind host. Apartment have everything to spend holidays like at home. Private area, parking in patio, calm zone, clean house. Perfect accomodation for family who want to visit Tivat, Budva, Kotor, etc.. I will recommend and could be back without doubts

Wir hatten die beste Zeit. Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und sogar jemand aus der Nachbarschaft war zum übersetzen gekommen. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto braucht etwas Erfahrung mit steilen Straßen aber für den Ausblick den man dafür bekommt lohnt es sich zu 100%. Jovanas Eltern sind unglaublich gastfreundlich und lieb. Wir hoffen bald wieder bei dieser netten Familie Urlaub machen zu können. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Alles einfach top! :)

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Mia’s beautiful property. We really enjoyed having the garden space to relax and having the hypermarket just next door made it really convenient. Mia is a really responsive and friendly host and gave us loads of recommendations to ensure we have a pleasant trip!

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

We had a lovely stay in Jelena's apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Its location is very good, in a calm area but still very close to the centar - on a walking distance. Would definitely recommend it!

Всё было замечательно. Очень любезные и приятные хозяева. Всегда на связи, помогли со всеми вопросами. Квартира была очень чистая и пллностью соответствовала объявлению. Имелось всё необходимое. Все электроприборы в отличном состоянии. Пользоваться было одно удовольствие. До ближайшего пляжа всего несколько минут. В шаговой доступности супермаркеты. Wi-fi хороший, доступно несколько частот для подключения. Для обычных задач и посмотреть фильмы вполне хватает. Однако скорость иногда прыгает, и у моей жены при проведении онлайн конференций были проблемы. Так что если кому по работе нужен стабильный быстрый интернет, лучше приобрести местную тур. симкарту. В остальном всё просто супер. Настоятельно всем рекомендую! Если будем в Будве ещё раз, обязательно остановимся здесь снова!!

Katarina is a very friendly and responsive host, and she was always flexible with our requests. The flat matched all descriptions that were listed, and was very convenient especially with a baby as it offered a free underground parking spot and a large elevator. The building itself is new and modern - and so is the flat. Her place is right at the centre of Budva and in walking distance to all the beaches and the Old Town. The only problem with the place is that it's on a busy highway which could get noisy at night.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time there. Location is amazing with so many restaurants nearby. There is a Bakery on the ground floor which stays open 24/7 and a supermarket open till midnight. Milos was very helpful and responsive and we had a seamless check in. His Mum received us on the day of arrival and stayed in touch to make sure that everything is good. All in all lovely people and great host. Would highly recommend the place.

Sanja's apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony to sit out on. It was in a quiet residential area, with parking, and within walking distance of supermarket, beach and old town, with all the shops and restaurants. Sanja was very responsive and provided lots of pictures to help us with check in. She was there to greet us and gave us lots of useful information about the locality and clear instructions. Would happily stay again.

Biz 5 yetişkin 4 gece rahatlıkla kaldık. Bütün ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü. Slavisa daireyi tam saatinde gelerek gösterdi ve bize tavsiyelerde bulundu. Mutfakta gereken her şey mevcuttu ve bir sürü depolama alanı vardı. Budva merkeze çok yakındı ve etrafında bir sürü market, restoran ve cafe vardı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Slavisa’ya her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Bizi karşılayan ve anahtarı veren Mera samimi ve yardım severdi. Sorularımıza hızla cevap aldık. Evin konumu çok güzel, yürüyerek kısa zamanda sahile ve kale içine ulaştık. Budva sakin ve küçük bir yerleşim, yeme-içme için alternatif bulmak mümkün. Fotoğraflarda evden deniz görünüyor ama maalesef sahile yapılan büyük bina bunu engelliyor artık. Buna rağmen balkonda oturmak ve caddeyi, insanları izlemek keyifliydi. Ev büyük, temel mobilyalar ve bazı küçük ev aletleri bulunuyor. Su ısıtıcı var ancak kahve-çay yapmak için araç, malzeme vb. olmasını tercih ederdik. Biz Türk kahvesi pişirerek ve sallama çay satın alıp sorunu çözdük. 4-5 gün kalmak ve çevre şehirleri keşfetmek için kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz. Tekrar Budva'ya gelirsem kalmayı düşünüyorum. Not: Türkiye'ye döndüğümde bazı küçük eşyalarımı unuttuğumu fark ettim. Mera ile iletişime geçtim, çok ilgilendi. Teşekkür ediyorum.

wir waren schon das 2. mal da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. alles ist bestens zu erreichen und die wohnung ist sehr sauber. wir waren 10 tage dort und der platz hat absolut gereicht. ein kleines, feines apartment zum wohlfühlen

Evin konumu harikaydı. Yürüyerek Old Town’a gittik. Yakınında market, eczane ve alışveriş merkezi vardı. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi, her ihtiyacımıza çok hızlı şekilde cevap verdi. Çok kibar ve dost canlısı biri. Ev oldukça iyiydi, ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı.

Her şey çok iyiydi , bizimle ilgilenen marija hanım çok sıcak kanlı biriydi bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Her sorunumuzla ilgilendi. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve düzgündü.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, w 100% zgodne z opisem, gospodarz bardzo dba o klientów, odpowiedzi na wiadomości i pytania dot. różnych kwestii w tempie expresowym o różnych porach dnia, a transport jaki można zamówić w dobrych cenach i od ręki w różne miejsca. Bardzo polecam na mile spędzony czas w przepięknej Czarnogórze.

I am fortunate to met the Budva Carnival this time. Thanks for the host telling me. And I really have a nice experience in their apartment,the room is clean and soft & sweet,highly recommend it. I with be here next time if it’s possible 🥹🥹

Milos apartment was off the main road and had a nice mountain view. We enjoyed the coffee machine and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a couch. We were given new towels everyday and they even made the bed. Milos was extremely responsive and helpful when we asked for a few things. We loved that we could walk easily to the shops, beach and restaurants

It is very spacious and clean. Very close to the bus station. It’s quite far from Budva Old Town, but it’s totally fine with me because I preferred privacy. The fridge door is broken but I didn’t mind because it still works but hopefully it gets fixed for the next customer! :) Highly recommended if you want a quiet place! :)
