You'll stay in our basement apartment with a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/living room, desk, & closet. 📌Please Note: you’ll have the entire basement to yourselves, but we live upstairs with our toddler. ~15 min drive to Royal Gorge Bridge & Park + Railroad ~20 min to Cañon City (for groceries & gas)

Nearby towns of Cañon City, Salida, Cotapaxi, Westcliffe, and Florence offer abundant old west history.

While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. Inside you will find a nice fully furnished house that sleeps 7. one King bed with Privat bathroom one Queen bed One Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed up top.

The Peakview Cabin faces West, providing mountain backdrops and scenes of native pinyon pines and juniper for you to enjoy. Relax in the evening by the propane fire pit at your personal outdoor area in Adirondack chairs. The A-frame cabin features a cozy living area, a kitchenette, one bedroom, and private bathroom and shower. With one queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room, we recommend the Peakview cabin for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 kids.
